Say open yet nobody answering the phone or the door… Cut the phone off so I couldn’t call… Kids don’t even go here but think they should operate a little better especially with them being open and I heard someone in there. Simple as opening the door and saying y’all closer…

Unprofessional owner had a bad attitude she is disrespectful would never recommend and removed my children because she had a personal issue with me not a reason to take things out on children

Tots Learning Center is a great place to send your child! My daughter has been going here since she was one years old and I plan to enroll her this fall into their pre-school program. I could send her anywhere as we pass multiple child care facilities and pre-schools coming from Shelby Township. However, I make the drive because my daughter absolutely loves this place and can not stop talking about it on our rides homes. I am impressed with her development and always get complimented on how smart she is for her age. The toddler program has exceeded my expectations and the staff ia very caring and nurturing.

Owner is very unprofessional and argumentive I was charged late fees for late pick up when I come in to pay the money nobody knows what I have to pay or who I have to pay they look confused the owner made a few disrespectful comments towards me being late and when I addressed the situation and called it unprofessional she kept threatening to withdraw my kids from the program I paid her the money and she would still make smart remarks about what I owed her she refused to give me a printed invoice for the payments I made I had to keep asking her for my receipt for the payment she refused saying her computer was down one day I told her that my children could not be released to someone and she was going to release them anyway assuming that it was the other biological parent and it wasn’t my whole experience was just unprofessional when I had my kids dropped off at the daycare the person I had dropped them off informed me that she was coming to them talking about the situation and how she could have kicked my kids out the program and they have nothing to do with the situation they are not even a parent or guardian and when I told her she tried to justify to conversation she started with that person I would not recommend and she doesn’t even have a board to teach the children she just hangs a big piece of paper on the wall and doesn’t accept credit cards but will accept cash app payments 😕

My son Kai has been attending the center songwriter he was about 4-5 months he is now 3years old. I previously worked for Ms Tina at her home child care center so I knew how she ran it and knew when I was pregnant where my child would be going. The girls are always so nice. No it isn’t perfect but what place is? My son is so smart and I have them too thank for a big part of that it takes a village! Thanks ladies !!
