My son loves it here! And the staff is amazing!
Taylor WoodApr 9, 2026Both of my children attended this daycare. When my daughter was in the older group, she complained that she was being put in the corner, but at first I didn’t pay much attention. She and my son were in different groups, and my son never complained. After my daughter graduated and started school, the following year my younger son came home and told me that a teacher had hit him at daycare and he hit his head against the wall. He had a bruise on his forehead, was crying while telling me about it, and refused to go back. I never got any written report on this case however they must report every case, every bruise happened during staying in the daycare. The next day I spoke with Miss Randa to clarify the situation, but she told me that my son was lying. They have cameras there, but she didn’t even try to investigate or review the footage. She said that their teachers sometimes raise their voices at children and that she deals with that, but that they would never hit a child. I withdrew my son from the daycare that same day. A terrible experience. Additionally: so upset, instead of saying “sorry, we messed up”, this lie comes up again. No – they didn’t even look into cameras, and I was told the cameras are not recording. And yes, the director in her office, when she heard my complaint, told me “your son is lying”, “you’ll never get better place, we treat him like a God, in other places they will be treating him like a dog” - I disagree). And what about the paperwork about my son’s bruise that day? And it’s true, we were happy to be there for almost 2 years. But one day I realized that I don’t trust them any more.

Mason JaberoFeb 21, 2025I truly cannot say enjoy great things about Troy Academy. Patient, kind, and professional team. Our daughter came here and was behind in a few areas. Randa the Director and the teachers have helped her grow rapidly. The kids and team all adore each other. Strong structure, curriculum, and facilities. Troy Academy is incredible.
Amanda TreppaJul 12, 2024We couldn't be happier with our experience at Troy Academy! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and assured that our son was in the best hands. The staff is incredibly nurturing and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure each child feels loved and secure. The facility is clean, bright, and filled with engaging activities that stimulate learning and creativity. Our son has flourished here, making new friends and developing new skills daily. The communication from the staff is excellent, keeping us updated with regular reports and adorable photos of his day. It's clear that the caregivers genuinely care about the children and their development. We are so grateful to have found Troy Academy and highly recommend it to any parents looking for a safe, caring, and enriching environment for their little ones!
