Running a childcare program is not easy, and like any growing business, challenges can arise — but what truly matters is the commitment to the children and families served. The owner genuinely cares about the well-being, development, and safety of the children. The environment is nurturing, structured, and focused on learning through age-appropriate activities. Communication with families is taken seriously, and there is a clear effort to continuously improve and meet state standards. Our family had a very disappointing experience at Tweetle Beetle Childcare under the current ownership. The center has changed dramatically from what it used to be. Under the previous owner, there was a real sense of community — staff who genuinely cared for the children, open communication with parents, and a clean, well-maintained environment. Unfortunately, that atmosphere is gone. Since the new ownership took over, many long-term families and loyal staff have left. Communication with parents has become difficult, cleanliness has noticeably declined, and there’s been a lack of transparency about classroom changes and daily updates. It’s concerning to see how few children now attend compared to before, which speaks volumes. Several experienced teachers were replaced with relatives of the owner, and turnover has been high. Parents’ concerns are often met with silence instead of open conversation. The environment no longer feels collaborative or centered on the children’s best interests. If you’re looking for a childcare center that values communication, consistency, and genuine care for your family, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Tweedle Beetle has been absolutely amazing for my daughter! You can truly see how much heart and effort Mrs. Lena puts into every detail of this daycare. She’s done an incredible job elevating the educational level — it’s not just childcare, it’s a nurturing learning environment where the kids are constantly growing and thriving. Mrs. Judy has been like a second mother to my child and such a huge support to me as a single mom. My daughter has been at this school since day one, and I can honestly say the staff is beyond words — caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s well-being. She really helps with kids and parents if they need additional services or help- how to connect and make it happen. The farm-to-table meals are such a thoughtful touch, and the structured daily schedule gives the perfect balance of learning, play, and rest. It’s clear that Mrs. Lena has put in the work to create a program that’s safe, enriching, and full of love. I’ve been to other daycares and even private schools, and Tweedle Beetle is by far my favorite. I’m so grateful for everything Mrs. Lena and her incredible staff do. Tweedle Beetle is a true gem — and their dedication shines every single day in how happy and engaged the kids are. 🌟

It was so hard trying to find a daycare that felt like home. Until I came here and instantly fell in love. The owner and the staff are wonderful and super friendly. My daughter absolutely loves going here. This is her first with starting daycare, she doesn't want to leave when it's time to be picked up for the day. Very clean, very organized and I'm highly satisfied. Thank you ☺️

Mrs. Willis is always pleasant and welcoming. She brings all of her experience of working with children and shows them so much love and care. Any accommodations I need are always met. There is no better place for my child to receive care and learning.
