All Seasons Preschool

Our experience at All Seasons Preschool has been absolutely amazing. I'm a public school elementary teacher and I can tell you that All Seasons is doing everything right to give children a great start for their school experience and prepare them for elementary school. Your child WON'T be doing worksheets, watching the ABC songs on a screen or making those pinterest art projects that don't even look like a child made them (because they didn't). But they will develop loving relationships with their "grandmas and grandpas" (the seniors), explore the woods in every kind of weather, create their own truly unique art using a variety of materials and their own mixed paint colors, have their own interests valued and used to guide their studies, learn how to get along with others and be a part of a tight, accepting, and loving community. My daughter grew in leaps and bounds under the personalized care of her exceptional teachers in the Spring Room. I wish every child this amazing experience!

The most magical place! My grandmother lived in the assisted living and was a grandma in one of the classrooms. She absolutely loved it! When it was time for my then 2 year old to start preschool I was so excited to see All Seasons from a different perspective. I think we might love it even more than my grandma did! My son struggled the first couple of days because he had never been away from family members and his teachers worked with us to help him become more comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond what is expected of teachers to ensure every student feels welcome. They communicate with the students adults, they work collaboratively with the adults at home, and are just the best!

I could not recommend All Seasons Preschool highly enough. It is a wonderful and loving place. Both of our sons went to the Inver Glen location, so we were with the school for a total of almost 6 years. I have never heard any of the teachers yelling at the kids - they interact and respond to them with love, patience, and respect. They approach learning in such an intentionally natural way. It is intergenerational, nature-based, and also has an emphasis in art. I mean is this place real!? I only wish there was a version of it for elementary school. We planned to move Michigan for my husband's new job and the kids & I stayed back in MN (where we had no family nearby) for 6 months mostly so our 5 yr old could finish out his time at All Seasons. Thank you All Seasons staff for treating us like family, and having such a strong impact on our children and even us as parents.

The Spring Room teachers and Director have been so patient with my daughter. She struggled to eat lunch, talk to peers and teachers but now she’s thriving. She alternates between All Seasons and the Early Childhood school and I’m certain the environment has made the toggling much smoother. I’d highly recommend!

Two of my children have gone to All Seasons, and we’ve had the most amazing experience there. Wonderful teachers, wonderful environment, and wonderful connections to nature, art, music, and “grandfriends.” The intergenerational and play-based learning is a gift to both the young learners and their friends upstairs in the assisted living and memory care wing. I wish elementary school could be like this too!
