My husband and I appreciate the warm and supportive environment Becky and her staff have created for our children. We have always found the staff to be collaborative and helpful when one of our children has struggled to master a new skill or transition. The facility is always clean and well organized. We’re so thankful to have a safe space for our children to learn and develop while they’re away from us.

Nothing but amazing things to say about Bright Beginnings. It's so friendly and welcoming. The staff are all incredible. They all care so much about the children and want what's the best for each child. The owner Becky is beyond amazing. She cares so much about her employees and families. I highly recommend, you won't regret it!

Our experience with this daycare started off ok, but over time it became clear that leadership is not receptive to parent feedback or concerns. When we brought up issues regarding our child’s care and concerns with staff, we were met with defensiveness rather than understanding or collaboration. What was most disappointing was the lack of empathy and professionalism in how those concerns were handled. Instead of working together to find solutions, we often felt dismissed, as if our voice as parents didn’t matter. We noticed several staff changes while our short time there, and felt that made it difficult for our littles to build solid relationships with the teachers. The instability added to our concerns. The overall environment felt cold and unwelcoming, especially from the director. As a parent, it’s important to feel a sense of trust and warmth from the people caring for your child unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience here.

We switched to Bright Beginnings from a different center and we have been much happier! We noticed right away our son had an easier time at drop off and seemed excited to go to daycare again. The facility is new, clean, and orderly. Lots of outside time, age appropriate activities, and daily circle time. We definitely recommend Bright Beginnings!

We love bright beginnings and the care they provide for our kids. All of the teachers are fantastic and the director is present and involved in decisions in the facility. They are also very reasonably priced and have flexible hours for drop off and pickup. I can't recommend them highly enough!
