They randomly dropped pet care and keep reminding me that I have “back up care” for children that I medically can’t have. Seems like discrimination or at least very tone deaf
Shane PullinsJun 10, 2025Thank You again, Bright Horizons for making room for my two sweet boys just 3 days prior to me going into the office for a ‘Moment that Matters’ event. I absolutely loved the superior care and the awesome end of day reports (emailed) of the various activities that happened throughout their day and the printed out collage to take home, what an icing on the cake! They sure know how to tug at a parent’s heart strings. It’s like I didn’t miss out on their day afterall with the beautiful keepsake memories! My 2.5 year old loved school that he asked for it the next day, “Mama, School!?” The teachers and staffs were amazing. I’d totally trust them with my boys’ care and look forward to it in the near future. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart! #sothankful #whatawonderfulcarecenter
