  • If you are a concerned parent wondering if you should send your child here OR to even review this child care facility I would recommend reviewing the MNDHS website. I also included a picture as well to show there have been numerous violations and investigations here at this facility. These include the neglect and maltreatment of children here in the facility. I’m sure there are some parents who will die on the hill of loving this facility… but to each their own.. I highly do NOT recommend this childcare facility to anyone… especially an infant. I have been in contact with Lisa the Director, for a couple months now for my 10 month old son to attend this facility once we moved here. I sent in a deposit to secure his spot. The first day we show up, no one was aware that my son would be attending, nothing was prepared for him (his cubby, no tour, etc.) Then Kayla (the assistant manager) proceeds to tell me that they are doing payroll so they are going to charge me for two weeks of childcare since that’s how they bill it… I haven’t even set my child down yet at 8 am or meet the teacher. WEIRD but OK. Over the next few days of my son attending this daycare I had a gut feeling something is going on. As soon as I would bring him into the classroom he would scream/cry/tears running down his face and cling onto me like he did not want me to leave him there. I have no proof because my child is 10 months and can’t tell me what’s going on, but a mother knows her son well enough to know something’s wrong. My son has been in a daycare environment since 12 weeks old and he loves daycare, we only left his last daycare because we moved. Multiple times I have shown up to pick him up and see random people in the classroom with the infants/holding them… never once was introduced to any of them. Long story short I pulled my son out of this childcare and Lisa wanted me to give her a call to discuss why I am pulling him out. After I expressed my concerns she said she will be charging me two more weeks because I am required to give a two week notice…. ABSOLUTELY NOT. She said it’s listed in the policy, BUT I was never given a policy booklet from this childcare and I never signed anything stating that. She is trying to scam people out of their money. Anyways after I told her I was never given the policies of this childcare and I won’t be paying the money, she hung up on me!! Whoever decides to take their time out of their day to read this please take into consideration who you have watching your children. I also want to add they sent me a picture on his first day of him being served a whole chicken patty for lunch, which is the second picture inserted… He’s 10 months and has two teeth please tell me HOW is he supposed to chomp into a chicken patty and eat it without choking???Im not sure if the chicken patty is for the worker or what?? Also if you take the time to read into the licensing violations you will find out that they have been cited multiple times for staff not having background checks, CPR TRAINING OR FIRST AID TRAINING. For anyone considering this daycare I would look else where, they are only concerned about money/snobby. I would think if I am expressing concern of my child at a facility the director would by sympathetic and apologetic and wonder what went wrong. INSTEAD Lisa and Kayla were both snobby and pissed at me for pulling my child out??? Again WEIRD BUT OK.

  • I can't say enough about Bubbling Brook! We started here with our first 2 boys when they were in early preschool and toddler. We had been in other centers before and were happy with the care they received, but it doesn't compare to the education and care at BB. They were so great to work with us when our oldest was having some behavior issues and wanted to support us as parents to do what was best for our son. What has brought them from great to outstanding is how they went above and beyond for our third child. He has some medical complexities and when I inquired whether they would be able to care for him, there wasn't even a hesitation. He had a feeding tube as well as oxygen needs and they were happy to take our littlest one and care for him so, so well. He has absolutely thrived in the environment they provide and the care and compassion for him couldn't be matched anywhere else. I never felt like I was putting my much more fragile child at risk by sending him to BB. Is it worth the drive? 1000% yes. The care and education my children have received here has been unmatched and I am so thankful for their care.
