Compass Child Care LLC

We have been coming to the Compass Isanti center since our son was 12 weeks old. He's now 3, so he's been in the infant, toddler and pre-1 rooms so far. I can say from the bottom of my "Mom heart" that the staff here are genuine and will truly love your child. It makes me feel good to know he's somewhere he loves to be and with people that loves him. He's excited to go every day and talks our ear off the whole way home with his adventures of the day. The planned curriculum keeps things fun and engaging for him. Having dedicated and caring staff can really make a difference in a child's experience and it's been a great journey watching him grow into the funny, smart and caring kid he is today. I would recommend Compass to anyone in the area looking for child care.

We LOVE Compass Isanti for our daughter. I am a total helicopter mama who is hell-bent on gentle parenting and making sure my daughter develops secure attachments while also learning accountability and discipline so she can become a well-rounded child without trauma. That said, I am incredibly picky about how she is handled and who I trust to care for my child- I barely even let family watch her if I’m not around. But from the very first day, I have felt comfortable leaving my daughter in the care of the wonderful staff at Compass. The communication from the staff, the very obvious care and compassion they have for their kids, the mind blowing rate at which my daughter is learning and developing, and the shear JOY she expresses at drop-off every morning when she gets to see her favorite teachers just goes to show how dedicated these teachers are and how much they truly love and care about the children in their classrooms. The infant and toddler rooms at compass are second to none!

What can I say? Compass is incredible. I’ve worked with both of the owners at various points, and their commitment to their community, children, families, is absolutely second to none. There’s not many people I’d trust with my own child but I certainly would feel comfortable here! I love the concept of STEM being taught in daycare, and I love hearing all the reports of staff treating kids like family. Choose Compass you won’t be disappointed!

Compass employees that are watching/taking care of your baby’s and children have been assumed unfit by other employees and parents. This should be raising panic… Please consider who you allow to take care of your kids

I love Compass! They have the best program to engage children of all ages. Look at all of their social media posts! They post all throughout the week about the unique programs they bring to the kids and all of the daily activities. The photos really capture what the day in the life of a child who attends is really like! They also post stories about their caring staff! If you have children, this is a great place for them to start to learn and grow!
