  • As a parent, I would never recommend Crossview to another family. The biggest reason is the complete lack of consistency. Young children need stable relationships with the adults caring for them, but that stability simply isn’t there. Under the current management, I have seen an alarming amount of turnover. To my knowledge, 16 staff members have left within the last year alone. That is not normal for a childcare center, and it should be a major red flag for any parent considering enrolling their child. It’s heartbreaking when children are constantly having to adjust to new teachers. One day they’re building a relationship with someone they trust, and the next that teacher is gone. Children deserve consistency, not constant change. From my perspective, it also felt like meeting staffing ratios took priority over providing children with consistent care. Teachers were frequently moved between classrooms, making it difficult for children to establish routines and secure relationships. As a parent, I want my child in an environment where the focus is on the children’s well-being, stability, and development—not constant staffing changes and poor management. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Crossview to other families.

  • Supportive, loving environment. We could not have been more pleased with our experience at Cross View.
