Cannot recommend EMAS enough for amazing childcare. I have two boys who spent years in their care. This school is full of dedicated teachers, they have almost zero staff turnover (which is extremely rare), and they adore the kiddos. They work 1:1 with kids when they need extra support. Both of my sons left Pre-K reading fluently, doing math, and most importantly, socially aware and prepared for kindergarten. Blessed to be part of the EMAS family 💗
Mollie WigenMay 29, 2026I cannot recommend EMAS enough! All 3 of my kids are currently here and we have been in every single room from the first infant room up to Pre-K. The teachers feel like family and many of them have been there for the duration of our 5+ years at the school (somewhat rare in this field I think). I know my kids are truly loved and cared for and I feel great dropping them off at school everyday. My babies have been cared for by staff with years of experience (not just young adults between jobs) and the amount of teaching and learning in the toddler, preschool and Pre-K rooms is incredible. You won’t regret sending your kids to EMAS!
Jen HelblingMay 28, 2026We can’t speak highly enough about our time at EMAS! The teachers are some of the most loving individuals and in the nearly 4 years we’ve been there we have not seen any turn over, which is so impressive but not unexpected, as they are a highly functioning unit! That part is evident when you walk into the school. Somehow the children are all engaged and nobody is ever yelling. There is always enough staff, plus some, to help in each room. We have two daughters in different spectrums, with one being a faster learner and the other a much slower learner, and both have been met where they are and challenged appropriately. Communication is top-notch and the curriculum is above any other “daycare”. I have no doubt our almost 5 year old will thrive in her transition to kindergarten as they have done such a a great job making this school environment safe and nurturing up to this point. The facility is a little on the older side but absolutely do not let that impact your decision! They use the space magically and get them outside as often as they can. No amount of new furniture could ever replace the love and education they get here. You will not regret sending your kids here!
DarnauersMay 27, 2026We love Eagan Montessori! The staff is incredibly welcoming and kind and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing my kids are being so well taken care of in a place I trust. My kids also love going there and have so much fun!
Leah SchaafMay 26, 2026We enrolled both of our girls here and can’t say enough about the staff. Childcare is expensive, but it’s worth every penny when you trust the team to not just watch your children but take an active partnership in raising and educating them in those formative years. Continually impressed with what our girls have learned here and the care and compassion the staff show to our whole family.
Nathan TyskMay 15, 2026We have two children at EMAS. We’ve seen great strides in cognitive development since they have been there the last year. But more importantly, I trust the teachers and directors. My children well taken care of and loved.
