Early Advantage Developmental Child Care Center LLC

Absolutely disgusted in this company. My son has been here since he was 6 months old he is now going on 4 this year. No warning no care in the world they kicked him out along with 20 other kids because of numbers and not being able to keep staff. I am to find my son care in less then a week. Not to mention this is all hes ever known, his friends he's grown up with the staff that have become family. The owner cannot stop enrolling people and doing walk-throughs they can't even accommodate who they have now. They can't keep staff to save their life because of the way management treats them. Don't work there, DON'T put your kids here. How about this get rid of the kids that just signed up(dont take more kids) keep the families that have worked with you over the last few months because of your poor management skills. Let's also throw in that you sent out the email at 10:32PM to inform us that you were unenrolling my son's classroom. You would be better off selling the company to someone that truely cares about its families.

I cannot express enough how much I love and appreciate the team at EA. Like any daycare facility regardless if it’s a center or in home, they all have there pros and cons! At EA they have great ways of communication —I get daily reports and photos through the app, which gives me peace of mind while I am at work. They are always responsive, professional, and attentive to my daughter's needs. My son attended from the age of 2-5 years. Every daycare has its faults, but I still couldn’t be happier with the care my son received. His care outweighed any minor thing or things they couldn’t control. They always greet you at the door. Their security system is great! The teachers, assistants, and leaders are some of the most friendly people I have ever met in all of my experiences with other daycare facilities out of all of our children. Thank you Early Advantage for taking great care of my son!

Our son has been at Early Advantage since this past May. He had a great experience with Ms. Angelica in the Infant 1 room and he seems to be having an even better experience with Ms. Sarah in the Infant 2 classroom. Both Ms. Angelica and Ms. Sarah have been transparent, helpful, receptive to my requests and seem to genuinely care about my little man. They are amazing and I feel so grateful he is in their care! I leave after drop off feeling confident he is well cared for and that he is learning and growing in this environment. I LOVE the app the center uses and the updates I get throughout the day. So far, we’ve had nothing but a positive experience at Early Advantage.

Both of our kids have enjoyed coming to Early Advantage since they were babies. They have grown so much here and it is amazing to hear what they have learned during the day. In every classroom they have been in, they have been with amazing teachers who they enjoy being around. To the point that one of them wanted to invite their teacher to her birthday party. It’s wonderful having an affordable, safe place where they can learn and play. It’s amazing how the staff remember every kids name and are willing to work with the families they care for. It has also been a blessing to have one place where they can grow from infancy to PreK. In all, we have been very grateful to attend at Early Advantage.
