  • I had my 2 year old daughter at this daycare and they kicked her out after only 3 weeks. I missed so many days at work and school because they always called me to come get her as if she was too much to handle. So then one day we arrived and was told then that they can't take her anymore. 🤔 I was told it was because of a rule of 3 separations by kaw she said they have to let her go. Sounded made up but I just nodded and said ok Then when they let her go they were not professional about it. The GIRL Hedi was very disrespectful towards me and my daughter and told me it was my fault my daughter can not come back. Seems like she was proud to let us go. Like we were the misfits or something. My daughter was devastated. The app never worked for me and I told them that all the time.. They seem to be very prejudice and singled my daughter out alot. I'm glad she does not go there anymore. Would not recommend this daycare to anyone!

  • My family was in MN for almost 1 year and I enrolled my son at Happy Times. I do not miss the cold but I sure miss Happy Times. My son learned a lot and he enjoyed going to school!!! I love the app and how they keep parents informed of everything, the staff is sweet, and I really like how organized they are with everything. I have tried to find a daycare close to Happy Times at our new location but our daycares fall extremely short of even coming halfway close to them.

  • Our daughter (2 years, 3 months old) has been at Happy Time since she was 5 months old! We LOVE it there! We don’t have to worry about her (anxious mama here!) all day because the teachers are incredible and have years of experience. They also use a really neat app so you can see your child’s diaper/potty activity, photos of what they’re doing during the day, and other things! Our daughter has so much fun learning and playing with her friends and playing outside as much as possible. Her teachers do a fantastic job of keeping us in the loop and coordinating beginning solid foods (when she was an infant) and potty training efforts (recently) and other fun milestones! We are so happy to have our child here!

  • Happy Time is a wonderful program for infants through preschool. The program’s curriculum prepares children for Kindergarten and beyond. The children spend so much time outdoors and in the community year round. The food program provides well balanced meals that my children rave about. We are so thankful to have our children attend Happy Time.

  • Happy Time is a wonderful childcare program. The curriculum fosters creativity, problem solving, and emotional intelligence all through play. I love that the children get to play outside all year long with access to Lincoln Park and Miller Creek. Another perk is the food program. They serve a wide variety of fresh fruits and veggies, some of which the children grow themselves in their outdoor play space. My four children are regularly praised for their manners, behavior, and intelligence. Happy Time was and is a great partner in raising our children and preparing them for the future.

  • Happy Time is a unique program for child development with so many excellent and exciting components. From the vegetables the children plant and eat themselves to the daily social, emotional and educational aspects, this program is second to none. My niece in Minneapolis wants to move to Duluth so her toddler son can attend Happy Time! I've known the director for all of her years at Happy Time, and I've witnessed her commitment every day. I recently did a staff training on speech and language development there. Nancy is always looking for ways to improve the program and it shows in every child there. They are so happy to be there!
