Would not recommend this facility. My daughter attended Lil Bees for six months and I was less than impressed. She came home looking like she went to war everyday, they never wiped her nose, washed her hands, had dirt all over her arms, legs, and in her hair. Additionally, there was one teacher (not her class) that I heard raising her voice to children and talking to them in a disrespectful manner using fear tactics to get the kids to listen. The final straw for me was when I went to pick up my daughter one day and she was hysterically crying while the one aid of her class not only wasn’t even acknowledging her, but sitting there on her phone. When I got her home I took her shoes off and saw that she had a large sharp toy in her shoe that caused injury. The reason she was so upset. Clearly it had been in there for a majority of the day. I’m guessing it was in the shoe when they put them back on after nap time. My daughter was only a year old at this time and not capable of taking off and putting her own shoes on. Clear negligence on the staffs side. Do your research before attending, specifically on investigations into child neglect/abuse by the state. Again, would NOT recommend this facility to any parent interested.
Bridget ZierkeApr 14, 2023Just started using them for my 6 month old son. I love it and my son loves it. They keep you updated through out the day with their app. You get pictures, meal and diaper updates. It's fantastic!
Jaden ThomsonDec 13, 2022Our 3 year old started at Lil’ Bees site 4 last week and it’s been so great! I was worried that he wouldn’t transition well, as he has only ever been at an in home daycare. Thankfully I was wrong. We are only finishing up our 2nd week and he already seems to feel so comfortable. What a relief for mom and dad. The teachers and staff have all been very welcoming and helpful. The facility is big and we love that! Very happy with our decision.
andrea schmelingOct 19, 2018I could not be more pleased with Lil' Bee's Learning Center - Day Care - Preschool. As a first time mom, Lil' Bee's calmed my "first-time-mom fears" one would expect when you leave your child in someone else's care for the first time. Having little experience with children myself, I had (have) so many questions about everything [literally everything] and their friendly, supportive knowledgeable staff are always willing to chat with if I have questions. The communication is also amazing! We get daily reports, text messages and they are always sending photos of them enjoying their activities. (I even got a video when my child made huge progress as he was learning to walk!!) We have had the opportunity to experience both Lil' Bee's centers and are equally wonderful! By the time our little one was ready to be moved into the next room, our kiddo was making strides well beyond my expectations. I believe that is attributed to how they set up the children to be grouped in the same age range and engaging in age-appropriate actives. We are very grateful for this program and I would highly recommend!!
