I was skeptical about trusting my child with a center. But so far, it’s been great! Communication especially. There was an incident, fairly serious (at least on the centers end) and the director called personally to discuss it. That gave me confidence that this center was the right choice. They take the safety and security of my child seriously. The teachers are all very pleasant to deal with as well. And most importantly- my child seems to be thriving. Since day one, she’s developed tremendously. And she is always excited to go to “school”.

Hallie AnnaMay 7, 2026Well they only support one kind of family. They refused to supply the most critical information about my daughter because her dad and I live in two separate households. When I asked for a quick note or call when she gets sick or is injured, they insisted on only communicating with one parent bc they apparently can’t accommodate communicating with both parents when something serious happens (specifically “when illness and injury happens”) because their staffing cannot support that level of communication - which is terrifying. This is regardless of equal legal custody. So getting timely information about serious incidents like illness or injury regarding your child if your spouse or coparent is contacted first is impossible. Also my daughter (2yo) threw up and they just kept her there for an entire day (almost 8 full hours), exposing that to other children. Which raises a whole other level of concern.
Devan HenryDec 22, 2025We moved our child to this daycare shortly after it opened and we've had nothing but positive experiences. The communication is always excellent. The leadership, teachers and staff have all been very friendly and helpful. I love that you get to see pictures and updates of your child's day. My son is learning a lot and always comes home talking about the fun he had with his friends and teachers.
