ColetonDec 28, 2025Terrible daycare, the manager Becky doesn't care if the kids diapers get changed or they have diaper rash cream on. My son has had 4 diaper rashes in the last 2 weeks because they don't change him for 4 to 5 hours in the afternoon. Everything is logged on the Procare app and she still denies it's happening. She also told me that I can't stop payments and have to keep paying like I have no choice, then denied saying that and called me a liar later on. Half the people that work there don't even interact with the children, they are standing around arms crossed and on their phones. After I removed my child from this daycare she withheld my tax papers so I would have to contact her. She just wanted the opportunity to back peddle on her previous actions and tell me I'm making all these things up. She never gave me a chance to say more than a few sentences and express all my concerns. She was just overbearing as usual and talked about how great of a person she thinks she is.
Randy RossbergOct 1, 2025We have brought our children to Love and Learn since it opened 5 years ago. The owners and all of their staff are always friendly and know every child and parent by name. The teachers keep us informed of any successes and challenges with our kids and offer solutions for any behavioral issues. Overall, I could not have hoped for a better center to bring our children.
