  • The facility is well kept, clean, and the toddler teachers are wonderfully caring and communicative. The directors have put on many events so that the parents can engage with the staff and other parents. Thank you!

  • As first-time parents, choosing a daycare for our 3 month old son (now 4 months) was one of the biggest and most emotional decisions we’ve had to make. After touring several local daycares in the Plymouth area, we chose Milestones and after just one month, we are incredibly grateful we did. From day one, the staff made us feel safe, supported, and heard. Especially the lead teachers in the infant room Ms. Anita and Ms. Makayla. (Though all the teachers have been awesome!) Every interaction with the teachers and staff has been warm and reassuring, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about the kiddos in their care. Our little guy smiles at drop off, and seeing him happy and relaxed in their care gives us so much peace of mind while we have returned to work. We also appreciate the pictures and updates through the app during the day! (The pictures especially help this mom stay motivated at work.) Although the center is in the same building that once was Lil’ Explorers, this is now a completely new environment under Milestones and it shows. (So, no, this is not the same company! Just the same building.) We are grateful that such a beautiful building has been able to be utilized and has been taken over by such a great group of people. The facility is welcoming, clean, and feels very safe. As new parents, we can’t express how comforting it is to know our son is in such good hands. We look forward to watching him grow with Milestones!

  • After dealing with the previous ownership (Lil Explorers/Cadence) and (lack of) management at this property with constant drama, incidents, and staff changes, we were very skeptical when it was announced that the facility was being sold and the director abruptly changed again. Fortunately, it turns out that's about the best thing that could have happened. The new Milestones owners and directors are personable, receptive, and actionable - they are present, and run the facility like a local community business (and not like a giant corporation!). They actually care and work to get involved and remedy things if needed. With an almost entirely new staff roster, they are also friendly and engaging and seem to care about our children and their personal growth. The competitive pricing and convenient location are an added bonus for us as well, and lower children to staff ratios during the transition have made things easier for everyone. While I'll admit it has only been a few months and some things are still fresh, we have broadly been encouraged in the early days and currently have no reluctance about sending our children here for care.
