We’ve had a great experience with this preschool. The teachers are excellent; very caring and easy to work with and our son genuinely enjoys going every day. We’ve noticed he’s learning a lot, which has been awesome to see. They do a nice job planning things out month to month and the communication with the parents is very strong. We always feel like we know what’s going on, and the conferences are very helpful in keeping you informed on your child’s progress. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience for our family, and we’d definitely recommend it.
Scott MartainMar 19, 2026Neighborhood Children’s House is an exceptionally high quality preschool. The teachers are kind, consistent, and intentional in everything they do. I love the way they blend academics, art, and social emotional opportunities in to each day. They meet students where they are at developmentally and help them grow tremendously. There are lots of opportunities for families to be involved as well. Highly recommend!
Sadie SchwebachMay 30, 2025How do I give NCH more than 5 stars?? I had two children go through this lovely school and I wish it could have been more. Teacher Alison, Cathan and Elenor are the absolute best —They care for your kids like their own. Hands down the best little preschool.

Emily RudeApr 18, 2025We absolutely love Neighborhood Children's House. I am thrilled a neighbor suggested it for our kids. Teachers Alison, Eleanor and Cathan are patient, kind, inclusive, supportive, FUN! and diligent. The curriculum is amazing. It's age appropriate at every turn, they include music, sign language, music WITH sign language and monthly themes. Not to mention a handful of special events throughout the year to bring parents into the classroom as well. Our kids, like most, were attached and apprehensive about school. Now that they've completed their first year at NCH, they don't understand why they can't go in the summer. 😂 I highly recommend this preschool. They offer part time, half day options in the morning and the evening. It's affordable and it's established. You won't regret reaching out to take a tour.
ms martinJun 13, 2023We love NCH!! The teachers are so passionate about engaging the curiosity of their students. There is a real sense of community and practicing acceptance and compassion are part of the culture. The curriculum is packed with science, music, cooking, geography, physics, art and engineering. It is the perfect fit for our family. We can not recommend this school enough.
