  • My son has been going for 4 months now. He's learned and grown so much in this short amount of time. Jenny the director is quick and transparent in communication! It doesnt matter the time and she will answer all my questions. My son and I really like his teachers Mrs. Shelby and Mrs. Amanda! They care and work hard with the students. My son always comes home talking about both. Hes learning more on social skills, transitions, independency and working hard on fine motor skills. All things he was lacking being at home and a single child. Hes 3 now and cant wait to see the milestones he hits thanks to his teachers. His classroom is also clean, I appreciate the updates through their app and seeing Jayden engaged. I also like that his teachers are consistent and know their stuff! ♡ :)

  • Wonderful facility. Their curriculum is very good and taught well. My kids have learned a lot from the many excellent teachers. The building is new and clean. The playgrounds are nice. The day care has lots of fun activities that the kids love.

  • I love New Creations. I’ve taken my son here since they opened this location. I have a son with special needs and they have always been extremely supportive and understanding.

  • Clean, safe and welcoming environment with staff you feel comfortable leaving your kids with. Great curriculum that keeps kids engaged and expands their education. My kids have learned so much and truly enjoy going to daycare. Highly recommend!

  • I can’t say enough about this place! They are super friendly and open and do a great job at making sure all ducks are in a row for admission. I brought my foster child here and was a bit nervous just for another transition for her but she’s doing great!!! The teachers are so loving and supportive!! I’m so thankful for this daycare ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  • One star because it is a brand new beautiful building. My son came home with new bruises and injuries every day. Staff never told me of any incidents at pickup and told me they didn't even know he had gotten hurt. Probably because when the children were on the playground the teachers were huddled in a circle by the building socializing instead of supervising the children. One time it was a 6 inch bruise on his arm. When I asked the director, who could never be bothered with speaking with parents, told me that they did have incident reports in my sons file. However I never seen these reports even after asking multiple times. They are supposed to have the parent sign them the day it happens. On several occasions during drop off or pick up I walked upstairs while hearing teachers screaming at entire classes of children, 3 different teachers in 3 different classrooms. They would look surprised to see me, then stop screaming, and would tell me "it's been that kind of morning/day" to justify why I heard them screaming. The teachers always seemed annoyed, like they hated their job. The infant room is on the first floor right when you walk in. There were always babies screaming their heads off sitting by themselves unattended to. When I enrolled my child there I told the director my son has a speech delay, and attends speech therapy. She said that was no problem at all. Six weeks after enrolling there she told me he needed to start speaking more or he would be dismissed from the center. I asked her how much progress he needed to make, and she said just as long as he makes any amount of progress. One week later she said he was in fact making progress but not enough to meet her standards. I pulled him from new creations that day. On the day they released butterflies, there was a preschooler aged female child wearing only a pull up on the playground. Another preschool aged child standing alone clinging to the fence facing the parking lot sobbing with snot running into her mouth. I flagged down the teacher, who was on the other side of the playground, the teacher said oh she just misses her mom. No one comforted her at all. I seen another preschooler climbing the fence nearly over the top with no teacher near by, I flagged them down, and at that time they finally noticed and yelled for the child to get off the fence. This daycare is on a busy road. They also claim to be a Christian based program, but they really don't do anything related to teaching the children about God, or the Bible. Don't let them fool you.
