New Horizon Academy

My 5 year old attends this location as a drop in. He loves the preschool staff and comes home full of excitement from his day at New Horizon.

My daughter had the best experience here! She loved coming to school! If I was in a rush in the morning Ms.Sunny would make sure her hair was cute for the day. She was so caring and kind to my daughter. Ms.Isabella was not only my daughter's baby teacher but also her toddler teacher too when she moved up and she was amazing too. Everyone is so sweet and show that they care for your kids. I would always know what my child was doing throughout the day with the app they use. It was very helpful and gave me peace of mind.

Such a great center! Everyone is awesome and works well with the kids! I especially love Ms.Sunny who has helped my son adjust to the place when he first started off. She along with everyone else is the reason why my son loves going to school. Thanks for all the help and love you guys have shown!

I'm sure we all can agree trusting someone you don't know at all with your child isn't always the easiest nor most comfortable thing to do! However, at New Horizon Academy in Columbia Heights they made is a breeze for me being able to trust my child is in the best care with the kindest people with the carefulness of their hands. The meal prep offers a variety of health foods! The center is clean and nice. I love the App they use! They upload pictures and keep you updated about your little one through out the day. My child's teacher is Ms. Sunny and she is the sweetest & is absolutely amazing with my child all around. Kai is also in my sons class and he is so kind to my baby especially in the morning at drop off when detachment can be kind of hard. When my son comes home and says " I had a good day" EVERYDAY with the sweetest little smile ready to go back the next day, I know he's being treated with tender love and care ! I'd highly recommend enrolling your little one here if you live in the surrounding area.

We love this place for our kiddo. The infant staff is wonderful. The office is communicative and kind. The center is clean and welcoming. The food program is thoughtful and offers a lot of options. We appreciate that our kiddo is excited to see the teachers every day at drop off, and that they seem genuinely invested in our kiddo's development. It has been a very positive experience.
