The staff here at NHA are amazing. They have loved and cared for my children since they were both a few months old. And even after leaving and getting older when my child comes to visit they show so much love and respect

I was not going to come on here and bash you guys but it’s well deserved. Very nice staff (At first) everything seemed pretty okay until I noticed my child was always coming home with poopy stained clothes left in bags EVERYDAY at pick up. They told me they change the babies every 2 hours WELL that explains the frequent blow outs they barely was changing my child and once she came home with diaper rash that was the last straw! Then my child had 4 incidents in 1 week to the point I was very much so over the fake smiles at pick up and drop off . Not to mention I’ve donated a TON of my child’s clothes just for her to be picked up in some old donated outfit when I bring her extra clothes to daycare . Why is my child being changed almost everyday with reports of her having a blowout literally almost everyday until I said some to a staff and she rolled her eyes and walked off very rude and told the director a sob story which she stated I made her staff cry. No sweet heart I cry everyday picking up my child from daycare with smelly poopy clothes and nasty dried out nose lets not mention how many times she came home very very sick they don’t clean the toys my child was throwing up fluids one day as if she had a stomach virus. I am a single parent and I work hard nobody wants to come pick there child up with mismatched clothes and a brand new outfit with poop and piss smells plus dealing with constant sicknesses and to think because they have children in the same facility your child would be cared for they don’t care ! My child nose was always snotty and dried out on the daily they don’t care about your kids if they notice you don’t! I would walk up to the daycare because I worked a block over kids are running up to the door one of the staff kids fingers got smashed she didn’t even say anything to the parent . I came in one time and my child was crawling up a parents leg totally UNACCEPTABLE! The staff is always bouncing from room to room checking on there kids but barely keeping up with the ones there hired to care for. My child was always sick always coming home smelling of urine and poop. I put my daughter in a different New-horizon and it’s WAYYYYY better than this one And I was not going to make this review until I realized I was not the problem they take wayyy better care of my child I don’t even have to bring her extra clothes they use there washer and dryer to clean any mishaps I thank god I took my baby out of you guys facility and I will be calling state to make my report! The director is very unprofessional if you say some to the staff she will make you come get your child and kick the child out of daycare that’s exactly what she did to me in the middle of my work shift I had to leave work early just to pick up my child what a mess Ive been through so much emotionally I’ve missed so much work dealing with this daycare I’m almost about to seek a lawyer. My child is currently at another new-horizon and they are the BEST! I don’t have to pop up , bring extra clothes my child is healthy and happy and that’s all that matters!

My children have been here almost 3 years now and although no place and no person is perfect, my overall experience has been great. My children genuinely enjoy being there and have great relationships with the staff and their peers there.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to highly recommend anyone in the St. Paul area or downtown that is looking for daycare for your child, NHA located in Downtown St. Paul is definitely worth the tour and enrollment! I am currently a parent of a handsome baby boy that attends NHA Downtown St. Paul and our experience has been amazing! There were a few bumps, nothing that we didn’t smooth out. The learning experience is Top Tier! The staff is amazing, professional, friendly, loving, informative, and definitely provides reassurance that your child’s safety, learning, and development is the focus always. My son’s teachers Ms. Cynthia and Ms. Kristina are amazing! The admin staff and the other amazing teachers are a blessing! I am a very overprotective mother and their reassurance and actions definitely match what they accomplish daily. My son was student of the month in February! They made the most beautiful poster for him. Since attending NHA my son has definitely went from crawling to walking very quickly! He has learned a lot of words, skills, and ASL all while having so much fun! I highly recommend NHA! You will not be disappointed!

New Horizon Academy is the best daycare you could ever send your kids. My children been going there for eight years. I will move 30 to 45 minutes away and still bring my children. They are the best!!! They will have your kids, kindergarten ready!! I live 32 minutes away, I bring my daughter every day. She loves her teachers. You can’t tell her nothing about her friends and her teachers. My relationship with the director, the staffs and teachers are great!!!! I wouldn’t trade them for no other daycare.
