New Horizon Academy

We’ve had such a great experience at this daycare. Our toddler comes home happy every day, and we’ve been really impressed with the care, safety, and focus on development. The teachers are consistent, attentive, and clearly care about the kids—it makes a big difference. The director is also fantastic and really stays on top of everything going on with the kids. We trust them completely and feel so good about sending our second child here. We have him lined up with our daughter’s infant teachers and appreciate the retention of teachers. Highly recommend!

We have 3 kids at New Horizon in Highland Park and couldn't love it more. From baby to preschool, all of the teachers and staff are wonderful. They are all caring and kind as well as great teachers. The amount my kids learn every day is amazing. At least once a week, I go "wow! Where did you learn that?" to my kids, because they aren't just going to daycare, they're going to school. Also, Danielle who runs the daycare is the best. She knows every kid and you know they are her number one priority. Whenever I drop my kids off, we are welcomed with smiles and know my kids are in the best hands. We love our New Horizon!

This daycare is absolutely awesome! We have 2 kids that go there and we trust their teachers to give our kids the best care possible. All the teachers we've had over the years really do care and are focused on creating a welcoming and kind environment where your kids really do learn a lot of different skills through their curriculum. They have a great system for dealing with emotions and doing counting/writing, etc. to prep your child for elementary school.

Our oldest enjoyed new horizon all the way from the infant room to the pre-k classroom before he graduated to kindergarten. He has strong relationships with teachers, built great friendships (that are still his best friends today in 2nd grade!) and had a great learning experience to prepare him for a successful start to kindergarten. Our youngest has also had a great experience and is currently in a preschool classroom. She has also thrived here. Great programming, hours, great communication and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

New Horizon in Highland Park has been wonderful for our family. Our daughter spent four happy years here, and now our son is thriving in the infant room. The teachers are warm, attentive, and genuinely love the kids. The director, Danielle, is fantastic—easy to work with and incredibly responsive to our needs. Even after starting kindergarten, our daughter still loves stopping by to say hello to her teachers. We highly recommend New Horizon!
