  • Great and caring staff at this location. Communication here has been good. Now don’t get me wrong but despite the area- I must say they are very professional with the parents and their children. They have a good secured environment . My daughter has been growing intensely with knowledge, the teachers are very caring. I’d highly recommend them. Thank you for all you do!

  • I honestly like this school the teachers are great! They communicate with you about everything that is going on with your child they help your kids elevate and grow the kids and teachers have grown bonds with each other and I love to see that makes me feel more comfortable wanting my child here if you’re looking for a daycare for your child to learn, grow and get cared for this is the daycare for you!

  • I was very nervous starting my 1 year old into daycare because she’s been at home with me for so long and I had a bad experience a prior facility we tried after awhile. However all of the staff made me comfortable and kept me updated especially the first week when I was so anxious at drop off. They really push her independence and her creativity. Even on days when she is miss sassy pants they are very patience with her. Everything she’s learned at home they have increased. I love seeing my baby progress and grow in her confidence. I’m happy we decided to give this center a try.

  • The infant classroom at New Horizon is fantastic! The teachers are warm and caring, and the classroom is bright and well-equipped. I appreciate the daily updates and the personalized attention my baby receives. Highly recommend!

  • My daughter transferred from a different New Horizon site. The Director Christal was very helpful, welcoming, informative and quick. When we brought our child for the first day, staff was very welcoming and friendly. She went to the staff with no problems. She has been there over a month and our experience has been the same since day one. We were nervous transferring her at first but ultimately made the right decision. Excited for my daughters future here.

  • I’ve had the pleasure of working with the new Director at Lake Street New Horizon for almost 2 years. The amount of help and support she has provided and educating her team, upgrading her team and making it a safe space in that area for kids and their families is overwhelming. I was very happy and pleased to bring my little one back to New Horizon daycare where it feels comfortable to her. Thank you for the team for always being supportive! Liah
