  • They have been amazing with our son he has been going there for the last two years!

  • am beyond furious, and I honestly don't understand how this is acceptable. My child's preschool teacher explicitly recommended these behavioral daycare centers, and not a single one will take him. None of them. At the end of the day, you get paid to do a job. Whether that job is difficult or not, it’s your profession. So why isn't it getting done? Why are we denying children just because they are a little more difficult or have some extra hurdles? Are we just supposed to throw them to the side of the road because they require actual effort? It is disgusting how this world is so quick to judge and push a child aside without even bothering to get to know them. Because of this broken system, my life is completely on hold. I can’t work because I don’t have childcare. And if I want to get him into an actual school, I’m told I have to get an official diagnosis first. But oh wait—the waitlist for a diagnosis is at least six months long. So what am I supposed to do? Just survive day by day in limbo because the system is a failure? To top it all off, these incompetent centers took three entire weeks just to get back to me, only to say "no." Three weeks of waiting, hoping, and stressing, just to be rejected. And when they pass judgment and deny him, they don't offer a single recommendation, a resource, or a shred of direction on what to do next. They just close the door in our faces. I am done, I am drained, and I am angry. If the only power I have right now is to leave scorching, honest reviews to warn other parents and expose these places, then that’s exactly what I’m going to do. They need to do better, because right now, they are failing the families who need them most.

  • My son has attended New Horizons since he was a baby. It’s bittersweet thinking he will be leaving and going off to kindergarten this fall. We have been blessed with the most amazing teachers at NH! They have been so caring and supportive! My son enjoys going to school everyday and we love hearing everything he has learned. The teachers have been wonderful with communication! We love seeing updates/pictures about our son’s day on the Procare app. Our son has learned so much from the curriculum they teach. He can now write his first and last name and identify all letters of the alphabet! We truly will miss our son attending NH! Thanks to all the wonderful teachers and staff! ❤️❤️

  • Staff is fantastic, our boys run to their rooms every day. Teachers are great about communicating on their behavior and when they need things (like diapers). They also go the extra mile to help out with getting the kids to the car when I need an extra hand. Great people.

  • I cannot say enough good things about this New Horizon location!! My husband and I became foster care providers 2 years ago and I think it was honestly fate that New Horizon was the first place I called and was lucky enough to talk with Holly. From day one the whole staff has been nothing but warm and welcoming. As foster parents we sometimes don’t have much of a heads up for new kiddos coming to our home — we truly wouldn’t be able to be foster parents if it wasn’t for Holly. She has always been so supportive, helpful, and accommodating. We’ve had 4 kids attend there and we love every single teacher they’ve had, it is clear that they genuinely love our kids. They are always happy to see them and are so helpful - even down to helping us get the kids in the car on the days we need it. Daily communication is great and we love the pictures they send throughout the day. All of our kids have learned so much in each classroom. Also a special shoutout to Ms.Tori in the kitchen for all the snacks! To know our kids are in such great hands is truly priceless. Thank you all for everything you do everyday for our kids - they love you so much and so do we :)

  • We have sent all 3 of our kids here over the past 6 years and have been very happy with it! The teachers are all wonderful and we feel good knowing our kids are in good hands when we have to work.
