Unfortunately, I have to rate this center 1 star. Toddler room is great. They have great teachers. I’m assuming the infant room as well. However, the preschool room has a lack of training. I’ve had to address many concerns to management and district managers office after noticing teachers yelling at students not being attended to students needs or intervening when needed. Even the teachers that are not his in classroom, teachers are way more helpful than the teachers that my son had to deal with one of the teachers was letting her son and my son fight outside and when I got out there, she let me know that this behavior was OK and I immediately put a stop to it. However, those teachers were ignoring me every time I came into the center with my son they wouldn’t speak or acknowledge me or my son at all after after having to speak with management about concerns of my own teacher should still have mutual respect for all students and parents . I’ve had to have many conversations with directors about their lack of attention and also communication.

Isabella PrincetonApr 3, 2026The very first time we visited New Horizon was honestly on a whim. We were exhausted from the daycare search and called right in the middle of the lunch rush - not our best timing, but from the moment Olga answered the phone to finally meeting her in person, we just knew this was where we wanted our daughter to be when we couldn’t be with her. The sense of reassurance and ease Olga and the entire staff at New Horizon Crystal provide makes being away from your child feel peaceful. Our daughter is in the infant room, and her teachers (along with every staff member we’ve interacted with) make it so clear how much they truly care. We’ll also admit we’re not the most predictable parents - our pickup and drop-off times vary, so we see the center at all different times of the day. That alone speaks volumes. No matter when we walk in, the staff is consistently warm, professional, positive, and clearly prioritizing safety - not just when they’re expecting parents. We can’t recommend this center enough and can’t explain that they TRULY feel like an extension of your family, not just people you pay to watch your child. Bonus: we get the BEST pictures throughout the day.
Alanna HagenJan 12, 2026Im not sure where to begin! I absolutely LOVE everything about Crystal New Horizons. The staff and teachers are so focused on helping your child/children develop to their potential and love and care for your children as if they were their own. My kids cant wait to get there, and even make a point to tell me how their day went with enthusiasm. This has got to be the cleanest daycare ive ever seen! When you walk in you smell the aroma of the kids breakfast, and during the day their lunch. I won't ever go anywhere else, and thats the truth. The director and assistant director are so pleasant and accommodating. They ALL make each day reassuring, and as a parent, that makes all the difference in the world, that our children are safe and happy. Thank you Crystal New Horizons!

They are happy to go everyday and see their new found friends and new staff. The staff are one of a kind, the support they give these children have exceeded all of my expectations so far!
