New Horizon Academy

I would not recommend this daycare based on my experience. There have been ongoing safety concerns that have not been adequately addressed, including repeated incidents between children that continue without meaningful intervention. Cleanliness has also been an issue. The environment often feels less maintained than it should be for a space caring for young kids, which only adds to the concern about overall standards. What’s most troubling, though, is the behavior I’ve witnessed from staff. I have personally observed instances of yelling at children and handling them in a way that felt unnecessarily forceful. That is not the level of care or professionalism any parent should expect. I understand that childcare can be challenging, but safety, cleanliness, and respectful treatment of children should never be compromised. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. They auto prompt the response to seem like they want to fix the issue. However I’ve been waiting over a week to hear from them.

My infant is enrolled here. The staff is able to answer questions about the day to day activities he has. They also do a pretty good job of updating the app they use with updates on activities, meals, and naps.

My 5 month old has been at New Horizons for 2 months now and it has been a positive experience. The director Carrie is very helpful. Aimee in the infant room is always friendly and communicative! We get lots of pictures! The center is newly remodeled and extremely clean and cute inside. Lots of fun activities, a Halloween parade, and Santa is coming next week. We definitely would recommend to any new parents like us :)

I love this daycare! My oldest and my youngest have both gone to this center. The teachers always greet you with a smile and truly care about the wellbeing of the children in their care. They also care about the parents and help them out anyway that they can. I will always recommend this center to anyone who is looking for a daycare.

My two boys have been going to this center for over 2 years. In that time I have watched them florish and grow into these amazing little men. The staff is nurturing and they truly care about the well being, growth, and developement of all the lives that enter the center. My boys love coming here and sometimes don't want to leave! This place is amazing and truly have become family to us!
