New Horizon Academy

We have our child in the infant room. We drive about 20 min to this location and back, and there is another location 3 min away from where we live as well. Why drive the extra distance? Michelle, Beth, and Geri are why. These three are extremely attentive and are very good at keeping us parents in the loop throughout the day with multiple photos and detailed notes. We enjoy having conversations before and after drop off and throughout the year they have gained our trust quickly in taking care of our daughter. Great work on management for having these three on their team!

Ms. Geri, Mrs. Michelle and Ms. Beth in the infant classroom are wonderful! They are so friendly and take such good care of my son. Drop and pick ups are a highlight of my day because I get to chat with these amazing women. Everyone I have interacted with at this location has shown they very attentive towards my child, including the director and assistant director Becky and Michelle. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for child care!

I absolutely love this daycare for my son !!! Shout to his teacher Desirae she is very awesome and kind when My Son started daycare. I told her that I’m in the process of potty training my child within a week within two or three weeks My Son was already in the process of getting potty train, and she has worked with me throughout the whole entire potty training process and My Son has been doing awesome. He loves going to daycare. He talks about how loving his daycare in school is. I am so impressed that I put him in his daycare instead of the daycare he was at before like you guys are amazing. You guys hoped me and not only me but my family out. It’s very clean and the staff is very friendly 😍🫶🏽😘

My daughter attended this center last summer. It was horrible. Everyday that I would go pick my daughter up, she would jump up with excitement to come to me but would then stop dead in her tracks and shoot a glance over at Ms. Selvini (or whatever her name is) as if my daughter needed permission to come to me. I found that odd as well as the fact that my daughter would be the ONLY student sitting at a table with the lights off, NO toys, NO games, and NOBODY interacting with her while the entire class would be surrounding the teachers and playing with one another. She would be nervous when I dropped her off. One day I noticed that she had scratches on her. I asked her about them, and she told me that there was a little boy in her class that scratches her. I brought this up to her teacher, and that Ms. Selvini blatantly told me that "he no longer attends here" . She said this to my face. Right next to the main office. Ok. Great. Except that a few days later, my daughter had MORE scratches. I asked her about them, and she reveals to me that an ENTIRE GROUP of children had been scratching my baby. And I don't mean tiny scratches. I mean they had literally GOUGED OUT HER SKIN. MY BABY STILL HAS MARKS FROM THESE SCRATCHES. I immediately took my phone out and scrolled through the app that they have for parents and told my daughter to point out which kids were hurting her, and lo and behold, one of the photos included the little boy that scratched her in the first place. The little boy that supposedly no longer attended there. The pic that my daughter pointed at was a picture that had been taken THAT DAY, so staff lied right to my face. My daughter was being bullied, violently hurt, ignored, and ostracized. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I’m so happy with New Horizon Childcare! The staff is caring and attentive, creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. They provide engaging, educational activities tailored to each child’s needs. Communication is excellent, and I always feel involved in my child’s progress. I highly recommend New Horizon for anyone looking for quality childcare!
