Love the teachers That’s our second family my kids are learned a lot going there

I recently toured New Horizon Academy and had a wonderful experience. Marquita was absolutely amazing she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. You can tell she truly cares and is passionate about what she does. The entire team was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The environment felt warm, organized, and inviting. I would definitely recommend New Horizon Academy to anyone looking for a great place. My kids have been here 2 and half years Now,very good daycare. Staff are very hands on I look at them as a 2nd family to my kids. You can tell the staff here loves there jobs.My kids loves it there ❤️

I toured this location earlier this week and am super excited about my baby starting here soon! :) Amazing staff & sweet children.

Any time I'm outside walking my dog while the kids are playing outside, the kids always yell at me and ask if they can pet my dog. Meanwhile the adults (employees) are never paying attention and they rarely tell the kids to mind their business until I say something to the adults. Today these kids were yelling "hey" at me again, and I said "don't touch my dog." They then proceeded to call me ugly and said a bunch of awful things, very loudly, and it wasn't until I yelled at the adults that they actually did something about it. I wouldn't trust a place that isn't keeping an eye on my kids, especially when the kids are talking to strangers. This place needs more staff; childcare is more than just containing kids in a fence or building and should be taken more seriously.
