New Horizon Academy

My son started going here when he was 9 months. It was a rough time to start daycare for him as he was just starting to experience stranger danger but the teachers were very understanding, knowing exactly what he needed to feel comfortable. Now he lights up when we arrive. We especially love Ms Shelly! She takes such good care of him! My son also has a cow milk protein allergy and they have been very good about taking that seriously. Alyssa is great with communication. We also love the flexibility she has given us with our schedule.

This daycare has been such a wonderful find for our family. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and has such a cozy, homey feel. It’s clear that the staff truly care about the children and families here. A huge shoutout to the infant room teachers Shelly, Jenny, Niveah, Fartun, Taylor, and the director Alyssa, they have all been so caring, professional, patient, approachable, and understanding. They make this place what it is. Their kindness, positive attitudes, and genuine care are the reason we continue to bring our son here with confidence. This was actually the last daycare we toured, and we are so glad we did because we truly stumbled across a gem. The staff create such a fun, friendly, and supportive environment, and it means so much as a parent knowing our son is in great hands.

We’ve been sending our daughter since she was 4 months old. Going back to work was so hard for me, but there was one particularly hard day for and when I came to pick up my kiddo she was being cuddled by Miss Fartune, who was just gushing over her. I knew at that moment that she was being loved both at home and at daycare and I am still so grateful. Now she has Miss Elissa who is just a phenomenal educator. All her students are lucky to have her, and we’re so grateful for all she does day in and day out!

We just started at this daycare after a move. I’ve been getting lots of great pictures of my son throughout the day on the Procare app from the staff in the infant room - Shelly and Neveah! They put me at ease. My son is all smiles and I feel he is being given good care.

We have been with this New Horizon for almost 4 years and have always had such a great experience and feel really lucky to have found this daycare. Huge shoutout to Ms. Fartun and Ms. Sara in the infant room, who made us feel completely comfortable as we navigated starting daycare with our new baby. Their warmth, attentiveness, and communication gave us so much peace of mind during that transition. Also want to thank Ms. Jenny (toddler room) and Ms. Ellisa (preschool). They were so flexible and understanding, and have helped make transitions really smooth for our child.
