  • Northbridge has been such an amazing support system for me and my family. Prior to my child attending, he was working on potty training, but he wasn’t making much progress. Within weeks of starting, he was actually excited to go potty and now uses it regularly. He isn’t even 3 yet, so I am super impressed. He is also able to count to 20, identify colors in English and sign language, and knows his ABCs. The activities they do are very hands-on, which I think helps them get excited to learn and become independent. I get updates throughout the day with what he is working on, as well as photos! The staff is incredibly warm and kind, and I feel safe leaving my child there every day. The price is wonderful compared to other places, which allows me to send my son full-time and keep a more consistent routine.

  • As a parent, I came to NorthBridge Child Development Center with the expectation of finding a safe, nurturing, and communicative environment for my child. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the quality of care that was promised. Within the first month, we experienced two significant incidents that raised concerns about hygiene, communication, and attentiveness. On my child’s very first day, he was left in a soiled diaper for an extended period, resulting in a rash. Later, he was left barefoot after an accident, despite having two clean pairs of socks clearly available in his locker — and staff claimed they could not locate them. These are not small oversights when it comes to the well-being of a toddler. When we raised these issues respectfully and requested a meeting to discuss them further, we were surprised to receive a sudden termination notice — via email at 10 PM on a Saturday — before any conversation could take place. Our request for basic updates (such as meals, hydration, and occasional photos) was not excessive; these were features the center itself advertised as part of their care model. Instead of addressing the concerns or meeting us with transparency, the response was to end. We were not confrontational or demanding — just parents advocating for our child, which should never be met with defensiveness or dismissal. It’s disappointing to feel that speaking up for your child’s well-being could be seen as a threat rather than a concern. As a parent I would recommend looking elsewhere for childcare. The facility doesn’t smell clean and there seems to be a lot of oversight at the expense of the care of the children.

  • Love love love this center! Not only does my daughter attend the center I always have family that work here and they also have nothing but amazing things to say! Amanda is the best director I’ve ever encountered as a parent, as well as someone who used to work in the daycare setting! I would recommend this center to literally anyone who finds it! The staff Janet, Katie, Maddie have worked with my daughter and have absolutely been the best with her! She lets me know just how much she adores them! It may be a small center but come with BIG love, from the staff to the families! If they had a program for school age my daughter would stay until she ages out! XD I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

  • We have been at Northbridge since February of ‘21- we came from a large chain daycare center. I feel like we have the reliability of a large center with the love, and flexibility of a small in home. I love that my kids get to get dirty, play in the dirt and we get to know our teachers- I feel like this is much like a family. I love that the teachers get to have influence over their lesson plans and their days. My girls are tired- at the end of the day because they have been running, jumping, learning and stimulated! Keep up the great work!!

  • This has been “home” for my 4 year old since he was old enough to begin coming and it truly has been a joy to bring him every day! He comes home with beautiful art projects, creative learning adventures and is truly happiest there with his teachers and friends! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the compassionate and loving staff. We love Northbridge Child Development and are so thankful they have played a vital part in the development of our son!

  • I love NorthBridges! The Director Amanda is very welcoming and goes above and beyond for the kiddos! They update me with daily pictures of my son and all the fun activities he’s doing. When I drop my son off, I don’t have to worry one bit because I know he is in good hands!
