Very disappointed with my experience at o2b on Villa Rd. My 3-year-old son was removed after only his second day instead of being given time to adjust to a new environment. I also explained before starting him, the issues he was experiencing at his past center. At that age, transitions can be hard, and I expected more patience, communication, and support from a daycare that works with young children every day. I was told they already had behavior challenges with other kids in his classroom and seemed as if they simply didn’t want to put effort into helping another child succeed. I understand safety is important, but two days is nowhere near enough time to truly understand a child or help them settle in. As a parent, this experience was heartbreaking and incredibly stressful.

She always looks forward to daycare because of you, and that means so much to us! And to Ms. Rachel, her wonderful class teacher — we truly appreciate all that you do. Thank you for your dedication, care, and the positive impact you make every day!

Eojin Jo (Jin)Feb 24, 2026Our daughter has been enrolled in O2B Kids since the NW location opened in Rochester. She had never been in a daycare or preschool environment prior to her first day at O2B kids, so it was a big change from being home with mom, dad or grandma. Miss Mara and Miss Rachel have been so kind, patient and compassionate that she has grown to love going to school to see her teachers and friends! They really go the extra mile and it’s a wonderful feeling knowing your child is safe, cared for, having fun and learning! Thanks for all you do Miss Mara, Miss Rachel and all the staff at O2B Kids!
Molly BergMar 8, 2025Our daughters have been attending O2B since shortly after it opened, and they have loved their time there. Shoutout to Ms. Mara and Mr. Stu, they come up with great activities and my daughter looks forward to seeing you every day!
Rebecca ShawFeb 6, 2025My daughter started attending O2B about month ago after being home for a few years. They were really helpful in letting us know what the transition may be like at first for us, and knew exactly what to do to help it. She loves going to daycare to be with her friends and teachers. I especially liked that O2B has a few different inside locations the kids can play in during the cold MN winters and not be stuck in their classrooms all day.
