O2B Kids Otsego

We've loved O2B since we moved here in July. They keep my daughter active and engaged We also love getting the picture updates throughout the day. Ms. Catie, Miss Katrina, and all the other teachers in the senior class make her want to come back everyday!

My daughter Isabella started at 12 weeks old and Ms. Emma and Ms. Erica are the most kind, sweet and gentle teachers. Isabella has grown so much in the almost 4 months she has been there and I owe so much of it to all the teachers that spend so much time with her every day. Bella shows up and always has a smile on her face and is always so happy to be there!!! Ms. Isabelle and Ms. Makayla spend time with her in the afternoons and I always love hearing about how her day went. The infant teachers are the sweetest and I’m so happy I found this daycare for my daughter. Can’t wait to see everything she learns as she gets older :)

We have had nothing but good things since starting O2B! Our daughter used to be scared to go to her old school as she got older, but now is nothing but smiles at drop off. Our infant also loves going and has progressed a lot recently. Ms. Isabelle, Ms. Sammie, Ms. Taylor, Ms. Kendal and Mr. Zac are always so good with our kids and it truly makes dropping them off for the day so much easier knowing they are with teachers who are so gentle and caring for our kids! If we ever have any concerns Ms. Kendra always helps us through them and listens to what we are saying. We love O2B and are so thankful we found a place our kids love going to and have been able to meet new friends that love it there too!

We're really happy we switched from our previous center to O2B in Otsego! The teachers and staff are wonderful, and do a great job working with kids and can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do! Emma, Erika and Mikayla in the infants room are wonderful and take such good care of our daughter! She's never had an issue getting dropped off in the mornings! They send us a lot of photos and updates throughout the day as well so we know how her day went, which means a lot! Catie and Nicole in the pre-k classroom are amazing and have helped our son so much! We feel like he's ready for kindergarten in the fall, and it's thanks in large part to their patience and management of their class. Roni is always at the front desk in the afternoons and always greets us and lets me know how both kids' day went! I had a very disappointing experience with this daycare. My infant was sent home almost every other week, sometimes weekly, for having a “fever.” Each time, we would bring him home and he was perfectly fine. We were required to keep him out for 24 hours, which resulted in us missing a significant amount of work. We later heard from past parents that this was a common practice, especially when the center was short-staffed. I felt targeted because I work close to the facility and was able to pick him up quickly. There were also serious concerns about communication and incident reporting. On one occasion, the director, Kendra, called to say my infant lightly hit his head on a door frame and “seemed fine.” When I arrived, he had a large red mark on his forehead. He had been moved to a different room at the end of the day, and the teacher there had no idea what had happened. The following day, his regular teachers told me a completely different version of events. As a new parent, this experience was upsetting and made me feel uneasy about my child’s safety and transparency at the center. I wish I had read the previous negative reviews before enrolling. I strongly encourage parents to do thorough research and review state inspection reports before choosing this daycare.
