Honestly zero stars if I could. Sent my child home constantly for ear infections even with him on antibiotics and Drs notes that he was non contagious. Gave my family no notice and no daycare when they had to close for short staffing. Even worse, they left us permanently without care for both of my infant children when they were fully staffed because I spoke out against their abuse of policy. Not to mention the amount of inappropriate information I was passed along by former staff: infant children left alone outside, rat poop in the infant rooms, photos of disgusting crockpots. Non Christian in their practice and teachers abuse their privileges.
S MayAug 27, 2023I cannot say enough good things about the ORCCC. They have infant rooms through 12 years of age. My oldest daughter started when she was 18 months old. They were very helpful with the transition from her previous daycare and by the end of her first year, she was potty trained. The center also has a big gym and it’s really beneficial to have that during the winter months. The staff are very friendly and do an excellent job keeping the children engaged. We also love that they have a preschool and school aged program too, it will make the transition to kindergarten go more smoothly next year. I would highly recommend the ORCCC to anyone who wants a warm, loving, fun, and supportive environment for their little one to flourish in.
