  • We cannot say enough wonderful things about Primrose School of Apple Valley! From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted by a warm, welcoming team that truly cares about every child and family. Amanda, Carrie, Kasey, and Tara make a point to know each child by name and always greet families with kindness and positivity. Their dedication to creating a supportive and nurturing environment is evident every single day. A special thank you to Mrs. Bird, who has been an incredible teacher for our daughter. She is caring, compassionate, and genuinely invested in the success and well-being of each child in her classroom. Mrs. Bird treats every child as if they were her own, taking the time to understand their individual needs and following through on everything she does. The love, patience, and encouragement she provides have made a lasting impact on our daughter. One thing we especially appreciate is how attentive and communicative the staff is. Even when our daughter has an off morning or struggles at drop-off, the team is always able to calmly support her, help her regulate her emotions, and get her back on track for a great day. They also take the time to send us a message later to reassure us that she is doing well and that her day has improved. As parents, that level of care, communication, and follow-through means the world to us. The entire Primrose team creates a safe, engaging, and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. We are so grateful for the care and attention our daughter receives each day and have complete confidence in the staff. We highly recommend Primrose School of Apple Valley to any family looking for exceptional childcare and early education.

  • Last week my son had his last day at Primrose School of Apple Valley, and after having the opportunity to truly experience the school, I can say with complete confidence that enrolling him there was one of the best decisions we made for our family. We toured many schools in the area, but there was something special about Primrose that stood out to us. During his Discovery Day, we received a video of him and the other children saying the Pledge of Allegiance. The children also recite a poem of thankfulness before meals. I appreciated how these simple traditions help teach gratitude and strong values. There are strong values woven throughout the culture of the school, and we felt that much more at Primrose than at any other school we toured. Some other things I loved were the creativity and artwork displayed throughout the school, as well as the opportunities for the children to care for the Primrose garden. Throughout the summer, they enjoyed a variety of field trips and experiences, including visits with residents at the neighboring senior living community. I also appreciated that he was provided with healthy, balanced meals each day. Our first great experience with staff was when we met Carrie to learn more about the school. She was kind, welcoming, and always prompt with communication. My son also connected with Kacie, who he says is his "most favorite person." Every morning he would look for her and run straight to her for a hug. She made him feel special and excited to come to school each day. His teachers, including Ms. Meyen, were excellent. They communicated well, were consistent with expectations, provided individual attention, and were patient and genuinely caring. Another feature we really appreciated was the communication throughout the day. Primrose uses a user-friendly app that kept us informed about what our son was learning, what he ate, and other important updates. We regularly received photos and could easily communicate with the office or classroom. The growth we have seen has been incredible. Primrose provided the structure, encouragement, and support he needed. His academic and emotional progress exceeded our expectations. He started Pre-K not knowing how to write letters or spell his name and could only count to 10. Today, he can count to 100, write his letters and name, use Spanish words, do simple math, discuss the weather and seasons, and his ability to focus has improved significantly. Thank you to everyone at Primrose for helping shape such an important part of our son's early years. You gave him confidence, skills, and a wonderful first school experience. We could not have asked for a better experience.

  • Among the many reasons we recommend Primrose School and have come to appreciate it are its strong academic foundation, dedicated and caring teachers, safe and nurturing environment, daily social-emotional learning, engaging hands-on activities, close family communication, and confident kindergarten readiness. Through their enriching system our babies are thriving and actually love attending school.

  • Our toddler went here for almost 2.5 years and he really loved his time at Primrose. The curriculum is very engaging and fun and there is always something fun going on here. The staff and teachers are very attentive and make your child and you feel special. This is very hard to find in a day care. The facility is very clean and very well maintained. Never had a bad experience and if you looking for a daycare, look no further. Would highly recommend!

  • I had my baby enrolled here for about 3 months, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. During that time, she constantly had severe diarrhea and diaper rash, and she ended up missing most of her school days because of it. We raised concerns about hygiene, specifically asking that teachers not walk across play mats in outside shoes, but this practice continued. I can’t say for sure whether diapers were changed as often as they should have been, but something wasn’t right. Since leaving this daycare, my baby hasn’t been sick once. Daycare should be a safe and healthy environment for children, but that was not our experience here. I would encourage other parents to look carefully at hygiene practices before enrolling.
