  • We’ve had such a genuinely positive experience with this daycare, and it’s meant so much to our family. As a parent, it’s not easy leaving your child in someone else’s care, but from the very beginning, the staff made us feel comfortable and reassured. You can tell they truly care—not just about doing their job, but about the kids as individuals. Miss Lanisha has been absolutely wonderful. She has such a natural way with the children—kind, patient, and attentive, but also knows how to gently challenge them in a way that helps them grow. We’ve seen such a difference in our child since being in her care, especially in confidence and social skills. It’s clear she really sees and understands each child, and that means everything to us. What stands out most are the little moments—the way the staff greets the kids, how they take time to connect, and how they handle each child’s unique needs with thoughtfulness and care. They’ve been incredibly accommodating and always make us feel heard as parents. At the end of the day, we just feel really lucky to have found a place where our child is not only safe and taken care of, but truly known and cared for. We’re so grateful for everything they do.

  • Primrose School of Arden Hills has been an incredible place for our family. From the very beginning, the teachers and staff created a warm, caring, and nurturing environment where our daughter Giovanna could learn, grow, and feel safe every single day. The level of attention, kindness, and professionalism from the entire team is truly remarkable. What makes Primrose special is not just the quality of education, but the genuine care they show for every child and family. They build a true community where children are encouraged to be curious, confident, and kind. Our family moved out of the state, so sadly we had to say goodbye. Leaving this community is not easy for us because Primrose has meant so much to our daughters and to our family. We will always be grateful for the love, guidance, and support they gave Giovanna and our youngest daughter Giselle as well. Thank you to the amazing teachers and staff at Primrose for everything you do. You are shaping young lives in the most beautiful way. Highly recommended to any family looking for a place where their children will truly be cared for.

  • We have been a Primrose School of Arden Hills and Shoreview family for going on 5 years now, enrolling both of our sons as infants. We were drawn to Primrose for its curriculum and transparency into the curriculum, discipline around hiring high-quality staff, and commitment to community, caring, and development. From the moment we toured the school, we knew Primrose was organized and passionate about nurturing children of all ages and needs. The amenities - from the healthy meals (thank you Chef Tracy!) to the safe playground areas completed the feeling that Primrose would provide our children with a well-rounded academic experience with activities geared towards their social, emotional, and physical development. We have been so impressed with the skills both boys have developed at school and feel that Primrose is setting them up for success in Kindergarten and Elementary School. We have also been impressed with the consistency in other students and teachers, which speaks to the quality of experience Primrose provides not only for our kids but to the other families and teachers. Teachers and leadership at Primrose approach situations (positive or negative) with a communicative, collaborative approach, and work with families to develop the best path forward. They all have gone the extra mile to work with us and our children, discuss expectations, and help play a key role in mastering these milestones!

  • We have had our daughter enrolled in infant care the last year and have had nothing but a wonderful experience. We especially loved that they split up different infant ages as she received more one on one care and helped her reach specific milestones along the way. Every teacher our daughter has had has been so caring and communicative that it really has brought us a level of comfort knowing that our daughter’s well being is a top priority. She loves going everyday! The leadership team does a great job of communicating and is extremely organized.

  • I have worked at the Primrose of Arden Hills/Shoreview as a Lead Infant A Teacher for over 2 years now, and absolutely love it! We have a wonderful owner who cares deeply for his staff and students, and makes certain we have everything we need to run smoothly day-to-day. Our Leadership team is top-notch! They are well qualified leaders who sincerely value the employees and their lives, and have a deep respect for what we do each day. Not to mention, they are super fun to work for and with! We have an amazing group of Teachers and Aids that really value learning and teaching the youngest kiddos. Primrose is truly a wonderful, fun place to work. This is a second career for me, and I re-entered the work force after being home with my own kids for 14yrs. Our Director was so gracious with me, knowing this was a tough transition for me and my family. Our site paid for me to get my CDA (preschool teaching licence), which was an awesome experience, and I highly recommend it! Our school has an excellent curriculum for every student enrolled, even our youngest infants have daily learning lessons, and it is so cool to watch/help them learn and grow in a focused environment. I would recommend Primrose as a place for employment to anyone and everyone who has a heart for children and their growth and development. And, for parents looking for a place for education and care for their littles, Primrose cannot be beat. Our curriculum is top-of-the-line, created by childhood development specialists, and encorporated by well trained Teachers and Aids who passionately love and care for children.

  • The director Jodi is amazing. Always there for me when I need to drop my son off at 7 am sharp. Consistent, calm, and collected. Excellent care during the day, All of the team members who watch our son are just the best. They work hard, show up on time, and are there for our child consistently. The best child care in the Twin Cities!
