I want to say I love the baby room there at this center nothing bad to say about that one. The preschool rooms are ok they do have there small minor issues but otherwise good rooms for your children. The toddler room is the worst! Have lost staff, don't get a lot of communication from the main teacher Mia, they had her close friend come work in that room and it didn't make things any better. Have had so many problems and I don't think I was ever heard really and I was very concerned for my child when I left my child there. I don't feel like that room has the structure it needs. I dont.....no correction I know that Mia doesn't know how to handle the toddlers and they need to put cameras in ALL the ROOMS to see what is really going on there. I don't like the toddler room if it had better staff that actually helped parents out with things to make it easier and communicated with the parents better instead of ignoring the parent at pick ups and some drop offs, avoid helping a difficult drop off instead of just watching it happen or standing there till another staff steps up and helps, chatting about families at drop off and the families catching it, walking into that room you could feel the tension and the discomfort. Management doesn't really help that much they will chat with you but they will ignore your big concerns about your child and the teacher. Feel like a robot having to repeat my self when it comes to concerns for my child that they didn't take to heart the first time. The have primary Teachers but in the babies and preschool rooms there great about communication and showing there concern for your needs and child as for toddler room no they didn't care and they just put on an act I saw right threw it and didn't appreciate that my child I didn't feel like was safe with that teacher. I have seen really good staff in that room very good at communicated and got IN trouble for doing the job that is expected of then got taken out of the room and put into a different room and that was not ok they didn't want non primary teachers to talk to the parents at all. that isn't right at all and I rather have any teacher in that room tell me how my child is doing or if had a bad day. was told a lot of things that were false about my child and I didn't appreciate that either. If Mia and Amanda weren't in the room and cameras in that room I'm 100 percent sure that that room would be a lot better then what it is. I know in my heart that there is something going on in that Room with those teachers and I think its child neglect. other then that I have no problems with the center itself. I just had issues with the toddler room and there staff. Infants is amazing and preschool rooms are good.
Martha HSep 10, 2025My family and I needed childcare quickly since our previous center closed unexpectedly. Rise Early Learning Center helped us and within days was walking us through the process of enrollment and getting my son into a classroom. My son came into Rise Early Learning Center not speaking and I feel that the previous center just got used to him not speaking. With support and hard work I was able to get him more support and having Rise Early Learning Center as a partner through all of this I can proudly say that he is now speaking full sentences. This brings me great joy and the staff are wonderful! It is great to know that he really wants to come to school. He has improved not only verbal communication but experiencing new foods, social emotional skills, following schedules/routines and making friends. He is also learning how to respectfully advocate for himself. It is easy to bring him to school every day because he WANTS to go.Thank you Rise Early Learning Center!
Alissa MoanFeb 20, 2025This place is the gold standard for childcare. We were blown away by the infant teachers and administrative staff's level of care and involvement. Their philosophies aligned well with ours, and our teacher even presented at a national conference regarding independent exploration for infants, amazing! Our daughter was always so happy to be arriving there everyday. Communication was always thorough, and you can tell the people who run it are well versed in the industry, and are in it for the right reason. When we had to leave Rise due to a move, the connections created were so strong that everyone cried. We are forever grateful we were able to have our daughter grow at Rise!
Max GoodmansonJan 15, 2025As first-time parents, finding the right daycare for our infant was a big decision. We're so happy we chose Rise. From the very first visit, we felt confident in their ability to care for our baby and meet all of our needs as parents. The staff is incredibly warm and professional, and it's clear they truly love working with infants. The caregivers take the time to understand our baby's individual needs, and provide an individualized plan for each child. The staff sends daily updates, including photos and notes about what our baby ate, how they napped, and what activities they enjoyed, which gives us peace of mind. The facilities are clean, well-equipped with age-appropriate toys and sensory activities that keep our baby engaged. There's also a great focus on each child’s own personal developmental milestones, and we've seen our little one hit several key milestones since joining the daycare. Overall, we're so grateful for the care our baby receives at Rise. We feel like our child is in great hands, and knowing they're surrounded by loving, attentive caregivers while we're at work makes all the difference. Highly recommend to other parents looking for a safe and caring place for their little ones!
Tess MNov 17, 2024Our daughter started at RELC a few months ago and we've been nothing but impressed! The staff is so loving and playful with kids, they have strong communication with parents and among teachers and they keep the facility very clean and tidy. The staff knows the names of each child and parent as they come in the door and the genuine care they provide makes it easy to bring my kids each day!
Faryn CooperOct 22, 2024My son attended this childcare center for about over A month, my child is autistic & was kicked out of center due to some behaviors. I will say they definitely did try A lot of things before putting him out and that was greatly appreciated. The day I was told my son was getting put out his teachers began avoiding me & the day I picked my child up he was completely isolated from everyone all class room doors were closed as if my child was an animal and I didn’t appreciate that at all I wasn’t able to thank his teachers for the help or anything. They did not allow me too and I’ve always been nice and respectful to staff! I did not appreciate the way my child was isolated from everyone and treated different due to his autism. So if you have A child with special needs I don’t think this is the right place. I guarantee it’s plenty of students with behavioral issues and they always picked my son to be the villain and the director came to me with fake tears as if she genuinely cared I knew it was all A front ! My child is now somewhere that is comfortable for him he is welcomed and loved and treated no different due to his special needs
