We found TenderCare in 2019. Back then we were starting our son in part time daycare. The first place we tried was a large center, but had no staffing to help a child struggling to adjust to daycare. TenderCare is a smaller facility, the class sizes are smaller and the staffing is great. They helped our 3 year old adjust and enjoy being at daycare. They create a warm and welcoming environment. He stayed through pre-K and was fully prepared for Kingergarten. He then returned to TenderCare for two summers when school was out. When we had another child, there was no question were to put her for daycare. We have 6 years of experience with our kids at TenderCare and our family would strongly recommend it.

My child has been there since infancy, and it has been such a comfort to watch them grow in a safe and nurturing environment. I truly trust the team very much, which means everything as a parent. All of the staff are loving, caring, and genuinely good teachers who take the time to support each child’s development. We’re so grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on our little one!

Our child experienced distress, and we felt the response from management was not supportive of his emotional well-being. Emotional safety and respectful communication are very important in a childcare environment. We encourage parents to ask detailed questions about how behavior concerns are addressed and how children’s feelings are supported.

We have been impressed by the heartwarming tour by Khadra and her staff. I should also mention that it was a walk in notice to her, as we were in the area. The place is very clean, well organized and maintained. Staff is like a family, very welcoming and hardworking individuals. The directors are always on site and I can see they are very invested in each kids physical, emotional and educational development. An amazing place to trust your kids.
Shorena DolaberidzeNov 6, 2023I love Tender Care. I have a child in each class room and they really enjoy their teachers and Friends. My preschooler and toddler are both learning so much.. All the staff are professional and kind. The daycare director, Fatima is amazing. Glad I found this place.
Mari PFeb 19, 2020My daughter is 11 months now and she has been attending this daycare for almost 5 months and as a working mom I love that they have a "HiMAMA" program that keeps the parents updated on meals, activities or even dipper changes. I feel like I am with her all day. I love the teachers and the management is great. my husband an I look forward to watching our daughter eat, sleep and play while we are at work. its amazing, this daycare and after school program is amazing, I can see her growing in this kind of environment were everyone is caring and loving. this is not the kind of care you pay for, they have passion for kids. I highly recommend Tendercare Learning center.
