  • This location is horrible. Allowed my daughter to be kicked in the back and the head with no incident report, no communication from the staff, the director Ashley Berquist told me “if my daughter told me what is going on then why does an adult need to come behind her and let me know as well”. I don’t pay my daughter to watch herself. The fact this statement was said is ridiculous. I have tried calling the school several times and so has the customer service number and no one could reach them so I had to leave my job to go up there. Ty heir communication is horrible, I had to take my daughter to the hospital due to pain from being kicked in the back and in the head and this was not the first incident of her being physically harmed. I had to force them to write incident reports. Tools me that if they had to stop to write incidents reports they would need to hire a new person for that. My daughter has been hit in her head repeatedly, a child has dug their nails in to her arm because she didn’t want to play with them and again no call or incident was reported. Then I was told the only way an incident is written up is if the child is physically damaged (bleeding or bruised) and the only thing that was communicated was she was accidentally scratched which was a lie. I have taken photos, proof, etc… of this negligence and will be reporting this.

  • Five minutes after meeting us tried to Get our kids taken away With the police involved still speechless to this day, never seen anything like it before Caution: Do not recommend this organization Please be very careful. I do not recommend this organization. It is concerning. They actually had my review removed, so I’m posting a new one. This situation involved a staff member Ashley during a tour setup. We are a family of devout Christians who recently moved to Minnesota to live closer to the lake. We have wonderful children. I was out of state for business, so my wife attended the tour. A staff member called the police and claimed my wife’s actions were problematic, which could have affected our family’s standing. My wife was wearing a cast at the time, recovering from a car accident. The officers seemed unsure why the call was made and spoke with us in a way that felt embarrassing in the parking lot. We cooperated fully and complied with all instructions, but the incident left us unsettled embarrassed these people have never met us in their entire life and they actually tried to have our kids taken away five minutes after meeting us Keep in mind to this day there still has not been an apology given or a phone call of an apology, which is what I call pride and ego very strong example of unmanageability for this individual Based on this experience, I do not feel comfortable recommending this organization. Please consider all aspects and verify details if you decide to proceed

  • As a parent of both a Pre-K student and a preschooler, I have been extremely happy with our experience at Tutor Time. The teachers are caring, patient, and genuinely invested in my children’s growth and development. My children look forward to going to school each day, and I appreciate the warm, welcoming environment that the staff creates for both children and families. I have seen tremendous growth in my Pre-K child’s confidence, social skills, and readiness for kindergarten. My preschooler is constantly coming home excited to share what they learned and the friends they played with throughout the day. Communication from the teachers and leadership team has always been excellent, and I feel comfortable knowing my children are in a safe, nurturing environment where they are loved and encouraged to learn. I highly recommend this school to any family looking for quality early childhood education and care. We are grateful to be part of such a wonderful community! ❤️

  • *Bailey and Virginia are amazing and this doesn't apply to them* When I looked into Tutor Time of WBL, I was told about how great the infant teachers were and how good it would be for my child to transition into the calm infants room before being placed with the "feral" toddlers (the exact word used). My child's birthday was confirmed 2x during the orientation meeting & I was only told about the infants room/teachers. The 2nd day I ever took my child to daycare, I was informed that my child would actually be with the toddlers from then on, due to age. Admin tried to backtrack and say they "didn't realize" my child's birthday, so they would insist on putting my child with toddlers. This was a blatant lie & my first red flag. As stated above, Bailey and Virginia were amazing, so I was able to overlook the Admin's (Ashley) deception. Fast forward to February 2026 and a new teacher was working in the Toddlers room. The new teacher made several comments to me about her desire to discipline children, which was concerning since she was only working with 1 year olds. Next, this teacher starts making really clingy comments about my child and says she has a "special bond" with my 1 year old, because when she asked if they were friends, and my toddler said "yes." The next day, the teacher was visibly upset and informed me that she had again asked if they were friends and this time my toddler said "no." This is an inappropriate level of emotional attachment to the random one-word answers of a toddler. Then, I checked the cameras and pictures in the app and realize this teacher has been following my toddler all over the classroom almost daily. And during each meal or activity, the teacher would force my toddler to sit right next to her (not because my toddler needed any extra supervision or help). The last straw was when the teacher gave my toddler bubbles in front of other kids and refused to give any to the other kids, because it was a "special gift" only for my toddler. For anyone who didn't know, that's a textbook sign of GROOMING. My spouse and I raised all of these concerns to Rosa and Ashley in Admin and simply asked that this teacher not be left alone with our toddler going forward. Ashley said she took our concerns "very seriously" and in the same sentence said they wouldn't do anything different and our toddler would still be left alone with that teacher every day after 4:30pm, when no one else would be in the facility to supervise her. A quick Google later, and I discover public records of this teacher suing several former daycare employers, because *in her own words* she was fired for (a) putting a blanket on an infant, (b) force-feeding a baby until it was crying in pain, (c) shoving a kid (which she asked the court to order the daycare to change its policy so that shoving kids wasn't a fireable offense), and other similar things. Again, that was the teacher's own version of what happened. When I brought all of this to Ashley and Rosa's attention, sending them a detailed email with all the info, I was told they would contact Tutor Time's HR and see if they could fire the teacher. They didn't update me for a week, then said they would move this psycho teacher to the morning shift so she wouldn't be unsupervised with the toddlers anymore. Not good enough. My child's safety clearly isn't a big deal to Ashley or Rosa, but I'm not endangering my child by trusting this facility with their care ever again. Why am I posting this in June 2026? Because a couple days ago, Ashley called my spouse to let us know they are going to be letting go of the crazy teacher IN A COUPLE WEEKS (4 months after we reported our concerns), so we can bring our child back to them. I cannot fathom how Ashley thought we would ever consider trusting her with our child again, but after being explicitly told there was no way we would ever allow her to care for our child again, she had the nerve to call the director of our current Tutor Time location and say that we would likely be switching care back to WBL in the coming weeks. NO WE WILL NOT.

  • We love Tutor Time so much! Our kids have had a positive experience, love their teachers, and learn so much. Ashley is an incredible director and goes above and beyond with intentional activities, prioritizing safety, and caring for the kids. All of the teachers are amazing. Highly recommend if you're looking for a childcare center you can be confident in for years!!

  • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I absolutely love everything about Tutor Time! From the moment we enrolled, we’ve felt confident that our child is in the very best hands. We truly appreciate how much time, intention, and thought go into the curriculum development. It’s clear that the team is purposeful about creating enriching, engaging experiences every single day. Our child isn’t just being cared for — they are learning, growing, and thriving in a thoughtful environment. The teachers genuinely know our child as an individual, which means so much to us. We feel incredibly safe and comfortable sending our child to school each day, and that peace of mind is priceless. Tutor Time is worth every single penny. We are beyond grateful for the care, dedication, and heart that the entire center puts into what they do. Highly, highly recommend!
