Worst daycare possible. My son fell off a chair broke one of his bones and they only report he hits his stomach

ben heinrichAug 26, 2023We loved Big Steps in the beginning, but after a year of constant turnover, we began to notice a change in our daughters behavior. Compared to other centers, it is dated and not the cleanest. The people they hire have no business working in childcare and are not fit to be “teaching.” There were multiple times we picked our child up and she had injuries we were never notified of. To be honest I am surprised this daycare is still in business. Would NEVER recommend Big Steps Early Learning Center.
Jasmine EdwardsJan 6, 2020The teachers were fantastic (sadly, some have left). Will be hard to fill the shoes of the ones who left. One of my main concern is their accounting system. They use hand written receipts and sometimes it boils down to "he said-she said". When it comes to my children, they should come first, not childlike disagreements or money. Don't hold a grudge against my children because you may not like me. That being said, Big Steps has a long way to go before I would recommend them to anyone.
