My daughter has been going to Courtyard for almost a year. Have had nothing but great comments from their teachers about my daughter. We just had a parent/teacher conference about 3 weeks ago. They said my daughter is a great student but just needs to work on her listening skills. But suddenly I get an email from the Director Candace Goff that they are kicking out my daughter from school due to as they put it safety reasons. As you can see I am shocked at this email since I have been told she a great student. When I call the school to get answers they tell me my daughter climbs on furniture and likes to put rocks in her mouth on the playground. They also said their teachers have told my wife and I about this. The truth is we have never been notified about anything of this nature. When I asked if we can arrange a sit down meeting so my wife can be involved they said no and when I asked to see any proof their teachers spoke to my wife and I they said they will not produce anything of that sorts. When I told the Director that the teachers never told my wife and I about the issues they were having all she could say was “I have no reason to not believe my teachers.” So now I have to find another emergency daycare over these reasons. Yet after digging around with my connections I find out Courtyard on the Creek Trail location is for sale and they are downsizing. Plus a child putting things in their mouth when they are 3 years old is quite normal. What kid that age doesn’t do that. That is also not a safety issue. That is a development issue. I just wish Courtyard would have been honest with me and gave me that respect as a parent to tell me the truth about why they are kicking out my daughter. They are putting the blame on my daughter when they are downsizing. I’d highly recommend not to use this daycare since they have proven that they can’t be honest with parents regarding their children.
Jason HughesMay 12, 2025We felt right at home as soon as we visited Courtyard. My kids loved it and have stayed friends with some even after going to different schools. I knew my kids were safe but also knew they were happy, having fun and learning. Their kindergarten teacher commented that the kids from Courtyard are always prepared for the routine of Kindergarten. Thank you so much to all of the staff at Courtyard!
kristina bellinDec 16, 2024100% would recommend Courtyard Early Learning Center to everyone!! My son has been at Courtyard for 4 years now and we absolutely love it here. Courtyard has the BEST teachers along with an amazing owner and director. Each one of them continue to keep my son safe, happy, make him feel loved / heard and help him strive everyday. We are so blessed to know our son is in good hands at Courtyard.

She has had the most amazing, caring, and thoughtful teachers that pour love into their classroom’s children each day. I can’t say enough great things about the learning experiences that their Kindergarten Readiness Program brings or the director’s and owner’s dedication to the children in their care as well. I would highly encourage you to check out Courtyard for your child’s care!
Tara CaldwellOct 4, 2024My oldest son loved going to Courtyard. They were a breath of fresh air when I had him transferred, they cared for my son built trust with me and had great communication. My son was well prepared for school. My second son has been there for three years now And he loves it, he has been learning so much, his teachers have passion, patients and persistence with him. I am excited for my third son (under one) to start attending Courtyard, I know he will be safe and well taking care of. The teachers and Pat are wonderful and I can’t say enough good about Christa (owner) and Candice (Director) Thank you ladies! 🫶🏼
Nicole DennisonAug 6, 2024I have both my kids at Courtyard. Both the center's are clean and colorful. My kids are learning all sorts of prek stuff. The teachers are nice and really take the job seriously. My kids have fun and it's nice to hear them talk about all stuff they did that day. I also worked at Courtyard a couple years before my kids was born. Christa & Candace coached me on how to be a better teacher. I'm able to use some of the tricks to be a better mom. When I worked there we the teacher's was held to high standards. Keeping the kids safe and rooms clean. I truly think everyone should have to work in a daycare like Courtyard, to learn how to deal with patients and kids. I have been in a couple other daycares around Jeff and they were dirty and had clear state violations. I knew when I got pregnant that Courtyard was the only place I felt self taking my kids.
