if i could zero star, i would. i had the worst racism experience towards my biracial son with this place. not only that, they are extremely disorganized, and do not communicate- but then again, not sure if its because they were hoping id stop reaching out after giving me a run around for over a month. and whoever “Jenny” is, is my issue. Celine, was a great help. had no problem with her.
MyrandaSep 29, 2025This daycare is a safe, fun, and educational place for kids. The staff is genuine and truly has a heart for children. I couldn’t ask for a better environment for my son to grow and thrive.
Keeston TerryAug 5, 2025I really like this school, and the staff members it holds. The staff has been very good to my family, and has fostered a great community with the kids and parents. Anyways, its a beautiful little school, I really like this school, and I think you will too!
Benjamin StandingJul 18, 2025As a parent, and Director in Digital Marketing- Reviews are 100% my first thing I'll research for products and service. And reviewing CW reviews- today as I was verifying their email address to send, I felt it was important to post an update here in the reviews... I’ll be honest—when we first enrolled at CW in Fall 2024, there were definitely some areas of concern. There were moments where we questioned whether we had made the right decision. It felt like a list of “opportunities” was growing, and at times it was frustrating. However, I also believe that communication is key. When it comes to your child’s care, it’s important to speak up, ask questions, and share expectations with the staff and management. That’s exactly what we did—and to their credit, CW listened. Since the start of 2025, we’ve seen a clear shift. There’s been a noticeable “clean up” in both management and classroom consistency. Communication has improved significantly, and I feel confident in the team that is now leading the Belton location. From what I’ve experienced recently, the staff is more engaged, responsive, and consistent—and that makes a big difference when it comes to trusting someone with your child. Our daughter has been in two different age groups (ages 3 & 4), and I want to give a big shoutout to the Giraffe Room—Ms. Kathryn and Ms. Bertha have been wonderful! The transition into their classroom has made a big impact on our daughter’s growth, social interaction, behavior, and overall excitement for learning. She literally sings “we’re going to daycare!” on the way there, and that speaks volumes. Yes, there are older reviews that reflect a different experience. But as of April 4, 2025, I can say the Belton CW location is moving in the right direction. If something doesn’t feel right—speak up. The current team has shown a willingness to listen and improve. Childcare is deeply personal, and it’s okay to advocate for what your child needs. From what I see now, CW has made real strides—and we’re happy to see our daughter thriving there.
Kt NicholsApr 4, 2025Lane and Oakley love it here! Oakley is always excited to see Leah and Frankie! Lane just adores Mary! We couldn't be more happy with this school !! Wanted to edit. There's so many wonderful teachers. They even include my oldest child that don't go there. I can't say anything negative about this school!
Marina CoonFeb 3, 2025My daughter attended Creative World for the last four months and we have had problems ever since she started. The children are often moved around to different classes that are most of the time not age appropriate. The teachers are constantly moving to accommodate the ratios of classrooms because there are not enough teachers. The most problems have occurred since the new teacher Lily Hobbs has taken over the gorillas classroom. There have been multiple incidents of children getting seriously hurt with no explanation. My daughter came home with scratches or marks several times with no incident report made. When I have observed my daughter with Lily as a teacher in the classroom, she is overly aggressive with the kids, constantly yelling at them. After speaking with the director about my concerns, I was told thank you for your feedback and nothing was done. My daughter continued to come home saying that Ms. Lily was mean and she no longer wanted to be in the class with her as the teacher. Other times she was coming home singing in appropriate music and telling me how Ms. Lily was shaking her butt to that song at recess. After speaking with the director Kim her solution was to put my kid in a under age classroom which is not acceptable and being told something would happen, I still have not heard anything further or been contacted since. My daughter has been pulled out for safety concerns!
