Today lady at the front desk so rude. The older lady is so greeting and nice. usually never have this problem. Poor representation of services. I believe that you treat people with respect and dignity. Think she just filling in.

I always have a wonderful experience when and if I have to utilize the services they offer. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome!

This place is NOT what it is cracked out to be what so ever. Sure the front desk lady Rose is nice but they do NOT help you the way they should. The HUDD program is an absolute joke! your applications get thrown in the trash and others get it before you that put theirs in after you the progam is shut down after 20 mins each time it opens up because people who get away with never paying rent or bills line up by the thosands so they can contiunue wearing brand new jordans, gucci and coach purses , their brand new desinger clothes and leasing their fancy cars that are ALWAYS parked outside. They walk in with expenisve iphones and galaxy phones wtih their nails and hair looking like they stepped out of a salon moments before. It sickens me that all the funding goes towards people who just don't want to pay their bills while those of us who pay 750 in rent and work our butts off to provide for our family and don't recieve food stamps can't get any help when they really need it because the funding is gone by the time we do.AND when you do get help with your electric they slap Budget Billing on you without asking ( in sikeston they don't do this , they ask if you want to be placed on it) and it makes your electric bill so high each month that you can't afford to pay it once the winter months are over. Dont let this place fool you, they only help who they want and turn you away at the door if you arent who they want to help at all.

The ladies that work at Family Planning are the nicest, most amazing women I've ever met! They couldn't make you feel more comfortable! I just wanted to make sure they get recognized for their wonderful contribution to the East Missouri Action Agency!!
