We were very disappointed with how difficult and unwelcoming the communication was. When we called, we were told the waitlist is over two years long, and the staff showed little empathy or interest in helping us understand the process. It felt like parents were being treated as burdens rather than partners. We ended up choosing a different preschool with a warmer, more respectful environment — and we are much happier.
