GINA'S DAYCARE LEARNING ACADEMY

I wasn’t going to leave a review how ever I feel the need to bring this to others attention. My daughter had attended Gina’s since she was just over 1 years old. At first she had a great care plan. There were lesson plans and actual updates. A few weeks into it my daughter was involved in constant incident reports. Constantly watching TV, My child was being bitten, hit, COVERED in tics etc. she’s come home with bruises diaper rashes and bite marks that could break skin with very little details on incident reports. I let these things go because I was told “these things happen at daycare” Closer to her third birthday SHE was the one biting kids. Multiple incidents a day with little to no context. They tried to blame us moving one town over on her “stress” and was making it seem like it was our fault. No more curriculum added into the bright wheel app. There were other care plans in place like a biting necklace but that didn’t work. I do believe some of these incidents were made up as no proof was ever shown to me. However she also began having behavioral issues and being scared any time someone comes her way when she needs correction. My child also managed to escape the play yard here and almost make it to the parking lot. In which they blamed her for this as well claiming “even our teachers have issues with this”. Gina’s daycare discharged her with a two week notice and said if she can improve she can stay. They gave her two days to change her attitude then retracted the two weeks and gave me two days (sat and sun) to find care for my child. After behavioral incidents. Not once did Gina herself speak with me about my child’s behavior. Upon picking up my child a few times I’ve heard them screaming at the kids to lay down or to stop screaming. My child now attends a smaller daycare. It’s been a week. She hasn’t bitten anyone or had any incident reports in her first week there. She has been positive and talking more and her emotions have been much more regulated. I’m not sure what’s going on at Gina’s. But for the price our kids deserve to feel safe and not like a burden. I have saved videos of other children verbally abusing mine “____ always messes up” imagine your three year old hearing that from another child. Getting kicked out of there was the best thing for us because NOW I have my sweet girl back.

We enrolled our son at Gina’s when he was about 15 months old. I was ready to get back to work & we had another little one on the way, so we wanted to foster some independence & get him comfortable in a space of his own. We ended up having to move for my husband’s job after about 9 months with Gina’s.. they say it take a village, & sometimes when you have no family in town.. daycare is your village. Thank you thank you thank you to Gina for creating such a wonderful environment, & for teachers such as Miss Diamond, Miss Kiersten, & Miss Kariana for being there for every naptime & scraped knee ❤️ we will continue to recommend Gina’s to anybody lucky enough to consider enrolling their child!!

I was very worried about sending my baby to daycare. They made the transition very easy for me with their app updating me constantly with pictures, and everytime he gets a feeding/change. He’s even been reaching milestones left and right. I can really tell they work with him everyday. All the kids seem happy to be there I rarely ever hear kids crying or screaming when I’m there. It is also very clean. Diamond takes pride in keeping the facility clean and I can tell. Very awesome daycare, highly recommend

Absolutely the best daycare in the lake area. My wife and I looked at almost every facility it the lake area and Gina’s Daycare was the best of all of them. My daughter loves going to daycare and has learned so much since attending and the staff is always great and Gina will also go above and beyond to correct any concerns you have immediately. Also the brightwheel app is awesome so you can see what activities your child is doing day to day and keep you updated on everything. Thank you so much

The best daycare around the Lake area! Clean, organized, friendly staff! My granddaughter is so excited to go to school! She has also learned so much while attending Gina’s DayCare Learning Academy! If you need a place to send your kiddo or kiddos look no further this is your place!
