  • Was super excited about maybe being able to enroll my son in a Black Owned Center. Called Once and was told I have to callback in the morning to speak to the director. Called in the morning, No Answer. Left a voicemail, nobody returned the call. I’ve called 4-5 more times since then (In A Span of 3-4 Weeks) No Answer. Can’t even imagine what the communication is like between the parents and staff. Do Better

  • Great place to care for your kids. My daughter has been there for a year they potty train, teach, your child which helps when your teaching also at home. The staff is nice also the owner and very reasonable

  • I absolutely love Joy and Gladness! They really do an outstanding job working with the children of the academy each day! My son is two and I feel like he has the right start with their caring staff. I love the owner, she really pours her heart out and is very transparent with us about all things Joy and Gladness! If you are looking for a great academy for children, start here!
