They are not very good with special needs children (adhd) they only know how to educate and push curriculum. Not a good place for us. They constantly called me to come pick up our child. Would not recommend them
Komi CheyenneJan 13, 2021Ms. Di and Ms. Tina at the north location are both amazing! My LO will be there 1 year in June. He started shortly after turning 3 and was a little behind on his alphabet and numbers but he has come such a long way working with Ms. Di and Ms. Tina. They are both well experienced teachers and know how to prepare the kids for kindergarten. I always feel safe leaving my son in their hands. They definitely treat the kids like their own and every kid is treated with the same fairness. There are expectations for good behavior and listening but this is a PLUS and why kids thrive so well here. His old daycare did not do enough learning activities and there wasn't a whole lot of structure (very overcrowded). He does much better in a calm and structured environment which he gets here at Love the Children. I am beyond impressed and happy with switching to this daycare/preschool. My LO can count by 2s, 5s and 10s now, he knows his months of the years and days of the week along with so much more. He is a master at puzzles, we do 100 piece puzzles at home now. He has also started spelling words aloud really really well. I definitely recommend both facilities if you are looking for some structure and want to prepare your LO for kindergarten success but north is where my son goes and we love it there. I will be sad when my LO graduates from here. Such great staff and such great work they do!
Michelle CApr 24, 2020My daughter started going to this school a little over a year ago. In sept of 2019 my son turned 2 and started going as well. We have loved this school. The 2 main teachers have been there since my daughter started. They taught my daughter so much. And continued to do so. Taught her to write her name. Alphabet etc. My son has learned his name. And he learns songs and he knows some of his ABCs. And counting. My sons also been working on potty training at home and the teachers do an amazing job working with me on that as well. He hardly has any accidents now. This school is is hands down every thing a parent wants and needs in childcare and preschool.
Brittani HarrisApr 23, 2020My daughter has gone to this daycare for over 2 years. She has loved it the entire time. Today was her last day as she starts kindergarten in less than 2 weeks. She cried going to sleep because she won’t be able to go back and see her teachers. The teachers have always been very caring and understanding and nurturing. She has learned so much: she can write all the letters and numbers and can count to 100 and speak some Spanish and is beginning to read and she hasn’t even stared kindergarten yet. They also taught them the pledge of allegiance, money and presidents on the money, days of the week, months of the year and much much more. All while having fun in a safe environment. These people really do care about the children and love the children. Very well named business as it describes their core values.
Amanda McGintyAug 3, 2019This school is absolutely fantastic! Ms. Tina and Mr. Adam have done wonders with my daughter getting her ready for kindergarten. The facilities are wonderful, they are child friendly and well decorated! We will never go anywhere else for our childcare:)
Katie RobinsonMar 19, 2019My son was at this school for 2 days before we pulled him out. They have very high expectations of children and complained both days I picked him up. I feel they don’t allow children to be children. I had a gut feeling about this place before I took him in, I just wish i would’ve listened to it before I paid for a whole week.
