We would definitely not recommend this place. Since getting a new director, it’s really gone downhill. The office staff is no longer friendly to work with and we’ve had experiences with the teachers lying. Not only that but they do not understand normal child behaviors. I had requested the handbook to see policies 3 days in a row, it wasn’t until I found it myself and told them that they falsely said there was stuff in their handbook that there wasn’t. After telling them I hadn’t seen what they had mentioned, they then finally sent a handbook that had different stuff in it that wasn’t mentioned in the handbook sent through the app. I believe they weren’t sending it when requested because they needed time to add in policies that weren’t actually there. This place used to be good, now I’ve had nothing but negative experiences.

christina kelleyJun 4, 2019My daughter has been at this center since she was about 6 maybe 8 weeks old she has always been well taken care of i have had NO ISSUES whatsoever with anything here! The teachers are great and loving so good with all of the kids. I owe them a big thanks with helping potty train her she had it down in a matter of weeks i recommend this center to everybody i know who is looking for childcare. The Directors and the front office staff are awesome. Casey and Amanda are the best! love this place and enjoy not having to worry about if my child is in good hands while i'm at work!
Monica SJun 4, 2019My son has been at MLJ for almost a month now and this is the best daycare I have been to so far! I have a three year old who is on the wait list but my 9 month old never cries when I leave him they are very inviting and when I pick him up he is always playing and smiling! Definitely recommend to everyone!!
M LankApr 10, 2019I placed my oldest boy here when he was 1. Have to say that it was the best move for him. When entering kindergarten he was reading, writing at almost a 2nd grade level. I owe alot of that to the staff. He seek the child's needs as well as the parents. Currently, I have 2 more enrolled and they are so amp to attend school, even on the weekends. This means alot as a parent. To be able to know that I can drop my child off and their in good hands. They are being loved, learning but most of all having fun.
Colondra MalveauxDec 21, 2018My daughter attends Mary Lee Johnston and is currently in the toddler room. The center is fabulous! The teachers truly care about the children and she learns so much every day! Just turning 2 and she can count to 10 and is learning letters and knows shapes and colors. The center provides great programs and very healthy food for the children. They have events throughout the year for fun as well as educational events for parents. As a non-profit the tuition is very affordable. I highly recommend this center.
