It's interesting that there were only a couple of reviews posted over the years, and very little recently. Then, after attention was brought to a serious concern, suddenly there are several glowing reviews. Parents pay attention and choose wisely. Every child deserves to be in a place where ALL parents feel heard and concerns are taken seriously. Maybe your efforts would be better spent focusing on being a childcare provider than engaging in a review war. This whole situation is heartbreaking because the only person who was truly hurt was a little boy who loved his Blue School. My reviews are not part of a childish back-and-forth. They're here because parents who entrust someone with their children deserve to know about our experience. Every parent has the right to ask questions, seek understanding, and make informed decisions about who is caring for their child. If sharing what happened helps even one family advocate for their child, then I've accomplished what I set out to do ❤️ Im editing this post bc I want to be fair and acknowledge that my experience was specifically with Heather, the owner. Sue and Leah have been nothing but kind, caring, and wonderful to my son. They cared for him when he was a baby, before Heather, and again when he was 7 years old, and I truly appreciate the love and care they showed him. ❤️ I will never take away from the positive impact they had on him. My concerns and my experience were with Heather as the owner, specifically regarding communication, trust, and how the situation involving my son was handled. Please take my experience for what it was, as caution for who you're ultimately dealing with, while also knowing there are caring people there who have meant a lot to my son. Thank you, Sue and Leah, for the kindness you showed him. ❤️
ShaCole DeClueJul 31, 2026The best daycare. My kids love it here and they take such good care of the kids
Bobby WamplerJul 31, 2026The absolute best daycare! I never have to worry about whether my kids are being cared for because I know they are loved and treated like family. The staff truly cares about every single child. They not only love and support my kids, but they’re also honest with me if my children are misbehaving so I can address those behaviors at home. It’s such a relief knowing they’re helping teach kindness, respect, and good character alongside providing excellent care. I couldn’t ask for a better daycare, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and trustworthy place for their children.

Heather KnoxJul 31, 2026Hi, I wanted to reach out because I’ve been reflecting on everything that happened. I want to make it clear that my intentions were never to create conflict or make things more difficult. My only goal was to understand what was going on, support my son, and make sure he was being understood. I do want to express how disappointed and hurt I am by how everything unfolded. My son was deeply affected by losing his blue school, and he internalized the situation as if he was a bad kid or that it was all his fault. As his parent, that has been heartbreaking to see. The reason I had frustrations was because I was trying to get clarity and understanding after receiving messages expressing concerns. I felt confused because I was seeking answers and a way to work together, but instead I felt met with defensiveness and opposition rather than a conversation focused on understanding and resolution. It left me feeling like I was not able to fully understand what the concerns were or how I could best support my son. We were immediately dismissed and threatened. I hope in the future for other family's there can be consideration for the impact these situations have on children, as well as the importance of working collaboratively with parents when concerns are communicated. Parents want to partner with caregivers and find solutions, not create conflict. Open communication and a willingness to work together are so important, especially when a child’s emotions and sense of self are affected. I truly wish things could have been handled differently. My hope is that this experience encourages more thoughtful communication, understanding, and consideration for both children and parents who are only trying to their best for their child's well-being. I hope these post help other parents to remember to ask questions and consider the importance of ensuring that communication is clear, respectful, and collaborative because of the difference it makes in how these situations affect both children and families.
Sha DeJul 31, 2026My experience with Mini Miracles was heartbreaking, and I feel other parents deserve to know what happened. Within the same week, my son was accused of calling another child "fat." Later, I was told by the teacher that the other children said he had not actually said it and that it appeared to be a misunderstanding. Just days later, I received another message alleging that my son told another child they were adopted. My son doesn't even know what the word "adopted" means. As a parent, it was devastating to watch my son become scared, confused, and believe he was in trouble for things he insisted he didn't do. Then, only a day later, he was blamed again for something else. Receiving repeated messages from the daycare made me believe there was a serious issue that needed to be addressed, so I requested a meeting with the owner, Heather Perez. I went into that meeting hoping we could have an open, honest conversation so I could understand what was happening and, if necessary, correct my son's behavior. Instead, I found Heather Perez incredibly difficult to speak with and dismissive of my concerns. I felt that, rather than addressing the conflicting information I had received throughout the week or working with me to understand what had happened, the conversation was turned back on me as the parent. I was told there really wasn't a problem with my son and that I was making the situation into something bigger than it was, despite the messages I had received expressing concerns about his behavior. Instead of discussing a solution, investigating the conflicting information, or giving my son the benefit of the doubt, the meeting ended with my son being immediately dismissed from the daycare. As his mother, watching my son lose a place he loved over allegations he consistently denied was absolutely heartbreaking. He left scared, confused, and heartbroken. No child should have to experience that, and no parent should be made to feel dismissed for simply trying to understand concerns involving their child. I understand that childcare providers have difficult decisions to make, but I also believe parents deserve honest communication, fairness, consistency, and a genuine willingness to work together when concerns arise. That was not my family's experience. I am sharing this because I believe parents should know how our concerns were handled before trusting this daycare with their own children. I also want parents to understand that my concern was not simply that my child was dismissed from the program, but the way the situation was handled. As a parent, I expected a childcare provider to approach concerns with professionalism, communication, and a willingness to work together. Instead, I felt dismissed, blamed, and shut down when I attempted to understand what was happening and advocate for my child. The lack of a calm, collaborative conversation was extremely concerning to me as a parent. I also feel it is important to share my experience because choosing a childcare provider requires trust, communication, and confidence that concerns will be handled in a professional and appropriate manner. The way this situation was handled left me feeling extremely concerned and uncomfortable. I experienced communication that felt inconsistent, defensive, and dismissive when I was simply trying to understand what was happening with my child and work toward a solution. I hope other parents take the time to ask questions and make sure they feel comfortable with the communication style and approach of any childcare provider they choose. I have to add this last thing .. my son just asked me, "Heather didn't want me?" .. how heartbreaking is that for parent and child who doesn't understand why he cannot go back to his favorite school. It is truly unfortunate and I sincerely and seriously hope this post helps parents during their search for childcare. Please consider my warning from a parent to another parent the unprofessionalism and complete disregard for my child's feelings.
