My daughter has been going to NOA for about 1 month and a half. I have had no issues with the staff. My wife and I were really nervous about bringing her to daycare as it was her first time and in the middle of December and, ya know, sicknesses lol. Our baby has not gotten sick once which truly shows how clean everything and shows how the staff takes pride in keeping such a clean center where children can learn AND have fun too. Since my wife had to go back to work early, we were able to see live updates on the app that they use. I also really liked how the center is very clean and everything gets sanitized and cleaned on a regular basis! The toys look clean and everything looks very organized. Mrs Ashley, the Director is very nice and punctual. She was able to tell us what we needed to know and answered any of our questions. I am so glad we found a sauce that we enjoy and trust with taking care of our baby! I would definitely recommend NOA!
Caleb KahlerJan 16, 2026I have an infant daughter (2 months) and was very scared to bring her to daycare for the first time. But after about a week of attending North Oak Academy, my worries, have faded drastically! Miss Ashley, the director, and Miss Tanya, the executive Director, work very hard to ensure my child’s safety. I get daily pictures of how she is doing and get updates on everything she does through the app. I can tell how the teachers really care for each kiddo as their own! I love how they follow our schedule individually and get updates (3x) A week to notify parents of inventory. They are very good at ensuring good communication with parents Notifying me anytime there is an incident, closing due to weather or holidays, etc.
Alanie KahlerJan 16, 2026We absolutely love this daycare and couldn’t be happier with the care our child receives. The staff is kind, patient, and truly invested in each child’s growth and happiness. It’s clear they create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where kids feel comfortable and excited to learn. Communication with parents is always great, and we really appreciate the attention and love they show every day. Knowing our child is in such good hands gives us total peace of mind. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a trustworthy and caring daycare.
jadeJan 16, 2026I genuinely love this place so much. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that the children are truly cared for and valued. The kids are well taken care of in every way, and the teachers are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They don’t just do the bare minimum—they go out of their way to help each child succeed, whether that means offering extra support, encouragement, or simply taking the time to listen. The staff creates a warm and welcoming environment where children feel comfortable, safe, and excited to learn. Communication with parents is excellent; they constantly keep families updated about what’s happening throughout the day, including activities, progress, and any important information. This level of communication really helps build trust and peace of mind for parents. Overall, it is clear that this is a place where children’s well-being comes first. I truly feel confident and reassured knowing that kids are in such a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment. It’s wonderful to see how much care and dedication the teachers and staff put into making this a positive experience for both children and parents.
brooke guidryJan 16, 2026The lady who runs this place Ashley I believe is her name is so rude. Every time I see her she is yelling at a child. She also looks at you as if she is better then you. It's about time NOA has someone new running it.
Jamie HicksNov 12, 2025I have been meaning to write a review for awhile. We sadly moved or else my daughter would still be here. The infant room is awesome, especially the communication Ms. Randi provided. They do projects with the kids, and keep up with the updates on the kiddos with their mobile app. I am very anxious when it comes to any of my children's safety and my daughter was in wonderful hands!
