O2B KIDS ST. CHARLES

I regret enrolling my child in this center. Since my daughter started attending, there has been a constant string of problems. Whenever I drop her off, she cries, which never happened at her previous daycare. She also reported that someone hit her and spat in her face. When I asked if she told the teacher, she said yes, but no action was taken. On February 11, 2026, I picked up my child and found her hair covered in dirt from the playground while the teachers were outside. I personally approached them and informed them that her last day would be March 25, 2026. Leanna or whoever she is simply said okay. While I was at work, they kept calling me, claiming they knew her last day was February 20, 2026, and that I had a missed payment. I responded, clarifying that I never told them her last day was February 20; it was March 25, 2026, and I do not have any outstanding payments. After work, I went to pick up my daughter, and they had packed her belongings into a trash bag. This center doesn’t even deserve a star from me.

We have appreciated the kindness, love, and care our child has received here. Ms. Angel welcomed our child right away and ensured that he felt safe at every drop off, she is always so happy to see him. Ms. Brittany is amazing with communication and making sure that every moment is highlighted at pickup. She shows him so much love before we take him home for the day. Ms. Gracie has jumped in with smiles and a warm heart, genuinely caring for our child and his wellness, and has been a bright addition to the team that provides care in his classroom. Also, cannot thank this team enough for supporting potty training during the day, even with the occasional accident, which I know can be tedious. So thankful that we can feel safe with the care our child is receiving.

We love O2B St. Charles! Starting with the front office staff Ms Sarah and Ms Leanne are welcoming and so great to work with! My child has been in two classes this year. I cannot say enough good things about Ms Brittany and Ms Denise who were and still are so wonderful and loving towards my kiddo! Recently, we moved to the next class with Ms Ariana and Ms Hanan! They are both wonderful and encouraging with the kids! Even got my stubborn kiddo to go on the potty!! A shoutout to Ms Savannah and Ms Shawna who I have had wonderful interactions with and they are so great with the kids! Finally, Ms Tonya who provides the kiddos with all their snacks and meals! She is so kind and the kids love her, as seen as she distributes breakfast and snack!

Very helpful and nice with everything needed for our Grandson. Ariana B. and Hanan are great and have given us great ideas for potty training.

Miss. Kera is amazing. My son has learned so much since being in her class. He always has fun and can’t wait to go to school.
