Zero Stars - Parents…pay attention and ask questions. Not all centers are created equal. Very disappointing experience at Paper Moon North. My daughter CAME HOME with constant diaper rashes, bites that broke the skin, SHINGLES, and multiple incident reports weekly - some pretty serious and questionable. The obvious incidents were documented, but anything less visible or covered by clothing often went without communication or concern, which is unacceptable. Communication was minimal, and cleanliness was questionable at best. Billing was a mess. Even after paying in full monthly ,they repeatedly tried to collect “balances” ($1k+) that were their own errors - something I had to keep proving. On top of that, the owner was consistently rude and unprofessional when concerns were brought forward, which made an already frustrating situation worse.
Britney LindsayApr 19, 2026I was very nervous sending my kids to daycare, but Paper Moon North has been great! Both kids love it there and learned so much! Everyone I have interacted with has been incredibly kind and patient. I highly recommend!

Their social and academic skills meet all of the milestones for Kindergarten readiness and beyond, and I am constantly amazed at what they have learned. I truly appreciate Paper Moon for being a partner in the growth and development of my children!
Becca BabcockApr 9, 2024We have been sending our son to Paper Moon North for a few years. We love it and so does he! The teachers are amazing. He has learned so much and I have no doubt he will be ready for Kindergarten. The communication is great too. I highly recommend sending kids here!

I have never sent a kiddo to daycare bc of my own fears but Papermoon staff make me feel safe and I know my child is being loved and cared for properly. The communication is excellent and they understand the heart of a concerned parent.
Sheena IvyApr 2, 2024We are very pleased with PaperMoon. Our children have went here since the North location opened! After many interviews with other centers, it was nearly impossible to find a center my wife was comfortable sending our boys too! But she had an amazing conversation with the owner, Jackie, who was so kind and helpful! She made my wife very comfortable and we fell in love with the whole center! Anytime we ever have a question or need help with anything Jackie is to super dedicated to helping! We adore Jackie and all of the teachers! Our kids are in wonderful hands, they love going! Blessed to have such amazing care!
